KFC, Chillicothe OH

We ordered KFC through the drive-thru. It took 20 minutes to get our food and two people behind me got their food before me. By the time I got my food, the order wasn’t even complete.
I will never go back there again.

The last two times I have visited the fries were so salty that they weren't edible. The service is slow, and they're often out of chicken with a long wait time.

Where to beg? Rude workers, especially the particular manager (who is the worst of the employees), food is either old or made wrong. Every. Single. Time.

"NO REFUNDS BECAUSE WE MAKE OUR ORDERS RIGHT " - IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! WHICH IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL OF SOMEONE PURSUED IT.

Stay FAR AWAY from the store. Canes has chicken.all the time. Just saying.

Went to drive thru in Chillicothe. Was told be with you when we can after 20 min. With nothing more I left

First of all it doesn't matter what time of the day you go to the Chillicothe KFC they will always tell you they're on a reduced menu lol usually they're always out of anything remotely vital to anyone buying a family dinner, they tell you this in hopes that you will just go away, they don't seem like they want the hassle, but I ordered online and it told me to head over in about 10 minutes to get my food, I get there and they tell me they just started my food and tried to call me several times, which they did that is true but I ordered the food at 8: 52pm and arrived at 9: 17pm so I gave them plenty of time and yet they told me it would take another 15 minutes lol idk why their website even offers any type of quick pickup, it's obviously false advertisement, as for them calling me I never had my phone on me, was just planning a quick trip there and back, but I assume they were hoping I'd cancel my order, seems to be their thang, when I arrived 2 of their workers we're just chilling outside lol this is by far the worst KFC around, avoid it at all costs guys!

I ordered chicken nuggets they were sooooo old and hard my dog wouldn't even eat them.is staff to lazy to fix more? Or does corporate make them serve nasty old food?

Well I normally like eating at the kfc in Chillicothe Ohio. The food is usually very good, service is usually good, inside the dining area is usually good. However, tonight I have made the choice that I will not eat at this restraunt again over a specific issue I have a very strong opinion about. My family & I were in line to go through the drive thru to place our order, well my 5 yr old starts a tantrum about needing to go inside to take care of her personal business, so I back up & park to take her inside. This is at 7: 50 pm on a Friday night, it's still daylight out, walking to go inside & before we even get away from the car I have one of the 3 workers who are standing outside smoking holler out to me that the dining area is closed. I can understand that restraunts do close dining areas early when not busy, however in this situation we weren't going to go inside to eat or place our order, still had planned to do that through the drive thru. This was about a 5 yr old needing to take care of her needs instead we were told this by workers who are outside smoking. I don't understand how it would've hurt anyone or held up anything by not allowing a child to handle her personal business while they stood & smoked. I don't know the exact count of how many workers were working but I do know that I have been eating here for 10 plus yrs and there usually isn't many employees, 7 or 8 is most I think I probably have ever seen during different shifts that I have visited the place over the yrs, I just know that in this situation 3 of those employees were standing outside, yet my 5 yr old was denied to handle her business when I have been & was going to be once again a paying customer. So yes, it may sound petty to some but I feel strongly different about it considering the fact I have eaten here at this restraunt for yrs & kfc
in general has received large amounts of money from myself for over many yrs, but my child child can't use the services. Adults we can handle things differently, for children it's not always the case. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY ALOT OF THE BUSINESSES OUR BEING RAN THESE DAYS, ESPECIALLY IN THIS SITUATION. REALLY WANTED CHICKEN FOR DINNER FROM KFC. I'LL JUST STICK TO SACK & SAVE OR CORNER MARKET TO TAKE CARE OF MY FRIED CHICKEN NEEDS FROM NOW ON.

Although note explaining short staffed, service was good and food was good. Enjoyed sitting inside. Restrooms were clean.

I will never go back there. Chicken was cold and hard. They need to update their menu plus costs. My dog wouldn’t even eat the chicken. The lady was not even nice at in drive-through window. I ask for honey mustard got barbecue. She didn’t even put receipt in the bag. It cost me $37 and some change. I would complain but don’t have a receipt.

I have been through the drive thru probably 10 times and 9/10 times they mess up the order. I’ve also doordashed through here and have had problems at 11 am them being out of chicken… 1 hour after they open…

They already had enough service/quality issues, now they’re charging $2 for sauce packets. Steer clear of this disaster of a restaurant

This place is an absolute disaster! It all starts with a lousy franchise owner who lacks responsibility in providing a quality team at this restaurant. The management has a careless attitude with a lackluster of leadership skills and it shows from the performance of your team members. You need to get it together KFC!

Love the chicken sandwich can't find anywhere else with a piece of chicken so thick and yummy. It's always fresh.

I love KFC but tonight it was horrible. But I give the Mac n cheese a thumbs up. The chicken was probably there for hours. Worst experience ever. I will not be going back

Chicken was not cooked all the way it got put in the trash will never ever go there again the cole slaw sucked KFC has went down hill so bad
