The whole management need to be thrown away no chicken ready here either and they jus opened up

This is the nastiest kfc I ever been to. Ordered me food online was told to pick it up at 10: 35…FORTYFIVE MINUTES LATER AND THEY STILL WERENT OPEN. I pulled to the drive threw window and some young lady comes walking up with a nasty attitude as if I did something wrong. YOU CAME TO WORK TO WORK! They still didn’t have my fries. Just isn’t worth the hassle.

This young man is phenomenal. He suggested other things on the menu, that we didn't notice

I'm a firefighter/emt. I was working and exhausted today.just wanted something to eat. My partner and I stopped in between runs to grab a bite to take on the move, but had to go inside to order bc the ambulance is to large for the drive thru. I placed my order with a young man at the front for some nuggets and fries and drink. I stated, "can I get the fries large? " A woman who was standing beside the young man (who worked in the back), stated, "We don't upsize, this ain't Mc Donald's. " (With a whole attitude as if i told her to go harvest me a potato, peel it, and cut it.fresh) My reply was, "I know how to read. I know this isn't Mc Donald's, was that necessary? " The disrespect and the comfortability of it was so telling. This woman, I can tell gets away with being disrespectful to folk bc I think people are afraid to say anything back to her. Well, I'm not done yet. I will make sure I get a hold of a manager tomorrow and make a complaint with their corporate head quarters bc she was just a little to comfortable with her disrespectful response. A simple, "we can't up charge, " or "we don't have that option, " is perfectly fine. But since folk feel the need to throw in digs, enuendos, and be extra, I'll carry the same energy.

My least favorite KFC in Columbus. Terrible drive thru and always seems to be out of half the menu.

Everything was horrible except ONE PERSON at the window.my bowl had a black plastic hair tye in the bottom of the bowl under my food. I was told to come back and I wasn’t given a refund which is what I wanted not another bowl. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with that exact location and they need to go out of business/ close down ASAP

Placed an order through their website for pickup. When I got there, the manager said someone already picked up my order and refused to remake it or refund me.

Order was wrong, soda was flat, chicken was greasy and warm. I waited 20mins for a 2 piece. I waited 9 mins for a fresh biscuit.

Was rushed to order. Requested more but @ least I wasnt charged for it. Didnt even get mac n cheese out b4 they tried to rush me through.

Everything was good, I was confused on the 16 piece meal, your suposed to get 4 large sides, I only received 3. And if the menu has changed, (as i was told) It should reflect that change on the outside menu, not just for the cashier to see. Visited again today 432023 the food was ok I guess, the bowels are skimpy, and the biscuits wer ridiculously solid hard, not impressed by the service

Ordered a 3 pc only got 2 I asked for extra crispy one wing was literally all Skin and one bite of meat the one breast I got was cocooned in tough skin but this one 3 bites that had no flavor at all. All together I just paid for 4 bites of chicken kfc has fallen so bad!

They are short staffed so some menu items take lengthy times but the staff is down to earth and ensure the fastest wait times possible.

THE DIRTIEST, MOST NASTY, MOST TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE. THIS LOCATION CAN AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD WORKERS THESE DAYS BUT THEY JUST HIRE ANYONE NOW. THE FOOD ISN'T UP TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE. THIS USE TO BE A DECENT PLACE. NOW ITS GONE.

I asked for extra gravy they gave me no gravy im so dismayed my day is ruined my week is ruined they gave me an extra cookie FOR WHAT? I DONT LIKE THE COOKIES! I LIKE THE GRAVY.extremely disappointed and sad i might end it all right here right now.

I stopped there today in the Drive-Thru ordered a pot pie meal my pot pie was the worst Popeye I'd ever gotten it had no meat it was only potatoes and carrots and then it was only half full didn't get no receipt don't get no answer when I call at this location so I don't know what else to do to get ahold of these people to take care of this issue and I see I'm not the only one has issues at this location this has been the worst place I've ever been as a KFC all the rest of them is great
