KFC, Cincinnati OH

Like everything else price is up. Th we wings in our bucket were tiny. Chicken and sides were good.

Every now and then we got KFC here through drive-thru. Sometimes they're good.sometimes they're slow. They could use some "happy" attitudes though. Or maybe they're understaffed. They should close the store if they're understaffed. That's better than treating your customers with bad and rude services.
This time i was waiting for 30 minutes for my 8 piece meals.

I ordered online and it told me to be here at 7: 00 i got here at 7: 04-7: 05 and they kept taking orders and kept telling people it would be a 30 minute wait i had to ask twice about how much longer with no answer the girl just kept going to the back and not coming back 2 people ordered and got there food after and when i asked for the last time how much longer i got a little snippy because we have been waiting for 41 minutes and they said there are no refunds and we were told to leave for being “disrespectful” and we spent 30$ on food

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest people ever. You’d think maybe you go through one day and maybe they are just having a bad day but no they are jerks EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Maybe you should get some new employees that act like they don’t hate their lives.

This is the worse KFC. Slow with order. Had to wait approx 17 minutes and the food was old. My granddaughter refused to eat the nuggets and fries. Chicken was old and cold. I want my money back; they do not give refunds or credit.

Everytime I go here I’m here for 45 mins to an hour. Sometimes even when I place my order online and show up in 45 mins I still wait 45 mins to an hour! Crazy! They pull every car in the drive thru to the parking lot so their drive thru times look super fast to the company, then one of the employees always comes out looking as lost as Alice in wonderland asking the 50 cars pulled in the parking lot “what did you order? ” “What did you order? ” “What did you order? ” Just a mess!

Food was great A+ nobody at the front when I arrived at the counter clean table clean floor clean restrooms

So I went into KFC and got a number 14 thay came quick so I took 1 bit of the spicy chicken sandwich it was super good and the fries were good to. Instead of bringing us a bag that gave us a tray I thought that was gonna give us a bag but nope but that was fine anyway I liked a chicken sandwich is probably what I'm going to only pick out from kfc

Went today July 4th. Manager was drive thru attendant.upon ordering very hurried in order taking. Ordered food.got home of course had order wrong.ordered plain and had mayo. Have allergy to mayo.said plain 2x.called store manager is rude.said have to come back show the food order was wrong.umm I drove 10 miles away. She said only way make it right was come back. Um 30 miles to go back and forth.said not coming back it's 4th I have stuff to do.said well I was out of luck. I said bbb. She Hung up on me. I did reach out to KFC. They will right mistake and correct manager. Personally manager needs demoted no class or qualifications to be a manager.went to long johns after I went to KFC. And literally told young girl she did her job so much better than next door.she asked if I want receipt made sure order was right and was pleasant.this location needs to follow their customer relations.

Ordered online so I didn't have to wait. Order was supposed to be done at 728 due to construction in the area i didn't arrive until 738. Lobby was supposed to be open until 9 however when I got there the doors were locked so i went through the drive thru to get my order. Every one was just sitting down in the back and my order hadn't even been made yet and I still had to wait.

I don’t remember the name of the manager and did not get a receipt, but the food and customer service was fantastic! I came through Friday evening around 5: 30/6: 00pm June 16th. This location is always good but tonight especially was just perfect. We spent $36 for 4 meals.every bit of it was hot and fresh. The gentleman that took my order was fast, direct, listened, and repeated my order back and was just as polite and accurate at the window. Love this kfc!

Rude Rude Rude.

Carlita was running the drive thru and she's just beyond nasty because I wanted original chicken and it was a 20 min wait (as the last 10 times I came to this KFC) why have it on the menu. So I told her I would come back. Well I came back and she was rude again acting all mad at me. No customer service at all. Didn't give me a total just said alright come on thru.

On top of all this she still pulled me for 10 mins so took my kids to the bathroom and it was not clean. Floors being sticky were the cleanest part of the bathroom

Eastgate kfc sucks. Lady was rude, did not give us any dipping sauces after we asked and she did not tell us how much our order was. My family will not be going there again!

I got something to eat with my family. I had a fried chicken sandwich which was delicious. My family got chicken tenders and they enjoyed those very much. The restaurant seemed somewhat empty. I could see a few people behind the counter that were working and that was it. You can't even get an extra pack of salt unless you stand at the counter and wait for someone to get it for you. I can't say I like that. I think the staff does a decent job given how understaffed they seem to be.

This place has the rudest manager the food was nasty looks like it had been sitting all day and it's wasn't made correctly. Said that the food wasn't made wrong that she made the food.i would give 0 stars if possible

Chicken tasted and felt like it was left under a heat lamp since 2 days ago, ended up throwing it out it was that bad. Enough to where I'd never go back.

The staff here are lazy, rude and hateful. I was going to get dinner here tonight, but couldn't get extra crispy for atleast 20 min and the woman in charge was hateful and rude

I ordered the chicken nugget meal I believe it was a 12 piece or $12 whichever. But the nuggets were crammed in a little tiny box that was clearly too small so the nuggets ended up all over the bag inside. They also tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. I ended up ditching them and went elsewhere to get dinner

The KFC in Eastgate Ohio has by far the best chicken of anywhere. The customer service is also top notch. We drive 10 miles and go past our own KFC/Long John Silvers combined restaurant in Amelia, Ohio to go to this one. Always consistent.

Normally the chicken is really good here but i must have gotten a bad piece because it was overcooked and my son's tenders werent as tender as normal either, hmmm
