KFC, Grove City OH

Horrible customer service! I ordered food, went up to the window to pay. I tried to add on food they told me I would have to drive back around to order. There was absolutely no one behind me and I already had to wait 7 minutes for fries.

This KFC is more consistent than the one up the way on Stringtown, but like all KFCs it suffers a consistency problem, sometimes it's great and fairly often it's just meh.

Serves stale food. To be served the family meal I just received is despicable everything was stale except the frozen chocolate cake.
Does anyone care about what there serving anymore? Classless.

Inattentive service. Shortage of available food items. How does KFC not have enough chicken to fulfill a 16pc meal?

Food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. This was me giving them a second chance and it flopped yet again.

Went through the drive through and then got home to see this. Very disappointing, waste of time and money.

I don’t even know why they put pot pies on the menu cause they never have them! My favorite item on the menu and they never seem to have them. This location has lost my business after going more than 10 times and not a single pot pie!

First time I've ever been there and they weren't out of chicken. Now I wish they had been. Dry chicken, terrible food, and a bone or something in my wife's famous bowl. Last time eating KFC for this family.

KFC LONDON GROVEPORT STORE: GROVE CITY: My husband and I went in to buy a family combo to eat at the restaurant and when we go to serve ourselves the soda, the vending machine did not work, we told the cashier and the manager came out and told us with a bad attitude and talking to us in a derogatory way that the soda dispenser did not work, and that there was no soda, when we insisted the manager sent the key with the cashier and she turned on the soda dispenser and oh surprise! The machine did work. We also asked for a family combo to eat in the store and they did not give us no bowls or plates and we had to get up again from the table to ask for the cutlery. Derogatory treatment, and lousy customer service.

They either don't have enough chicken to fill an order or say they're not doing large orders. An 8 piece bucket is all I was trying to order. They should close this location down, it's worthless. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Food was cold, fries were overdone, wait was long, no silverware. Would not recommend at all!

Nasty! Food was hard as a brick, burnt, and not edible, I would not recommend, wasted $40,

This was the 3rd time I tried to get chicken from this KFC! How do you not have chicken ready at a chicken place between 5-7 pm! Worse place, customer service was rude! If you don't want to work please quit and find something else to do besides customer service

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! I live about 10 minutes and me and my family were hungry but we were just to tired to even drive so we ordered from uber eats. The order was picked up quickly so I was expecting the food to be in excellent condition but when we opened the containers, the food look like it had been sitting there for an hour or something or like if they got it from their waste bin. TERRIBLEEEE thankfully Uber eats refunded our money because this is absolutely unacceptable! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

My 2 piece original Bone in chicken meal was cooked to perfection. Large drum and thigh with packed containers of slaw and potatoes. Employees are always polite. I've never ever been disappointed from this location. Employees at this KFC should all be wearing General Stars. Great Good Job

I seldom write reviews but I've never been to a KFC that wasn't good until the KFC on London Groveport Rd in Grove City. My order was wrong (it happens) but the gravy was literally inedible. Basically, the chicken was the only thing that was ok. Here's hoping management reads these reviews and puts this location right.

Food is always good but for Christ sake. After you pay they say 7 minutes wait. Pull around and sit for almost 15. Check order guess what? Order was incorrect, no dipping sauce and no silverware. Have to run in to store in the rain to correct things. Ugh. We are paying higher prices for food so they can pay workers a little better. Why? Customer service sucks. If I’m waiting longer at least double check order before it goes out. Rant over.

Best KFC in Grove City. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Always helpful and I've never had any of them be rude

Pretty good KFC but can be hit or miss. One time we went it was really good and another time it looks like they just threw it together. Will probably be going again because of the first good experience.
