Chicken Restaurant KFC reviews
15Don't waste your time going here, they don't listen to your order and treat you like you are the idiot. The manager is a joke and is of no help because they don't listen either. Not a special order, just a simple meal and nuggets. Wanted to charge $40. Never going back because this has been the 3rd time this has happened. Will warn everyone we know. Kfc/taco bell is not worth your time. Go to Lee's much better service!
Manager went above and beyond. He was very helpful to us in regards to ordering. Helped carry out the cater order to the car.
So this time I tried the taco bell and they just did me wrong
I'm done with this kfc taco bell. Highly upset yet again.
So I wrote a review yesterday and it got took down for some reason I went there yesterday and my whole order was screwed up down to the wrong sauces. There was an employee there gloves on on his phone pulling up his jeans then continued to make food. The lady taking my order was beyond rude. Flys were flying everywhere just a disgusting experience with them I recommend you spend some on gas and go to a different one just terrible. GET BETTER!
This is one of the worst fast food meals I've ever had. The fries were soggy and stale, the funnel cake fries were stone cold and the cup of water tasted like soap. I was afraid to even try the biscuit. This place should be shut down.
Ridiculous wait in drive through, then no napkins or silverware, worst KFC in the area. I saw twenty car come and go through McDonald's across the street while I waited for my chicken nuggets at KFC
Just got a 3 piece box. Got home and there was a puddle of grease in the bottom. The skin was soaked in grease, but the meat was overcooked and dry. I ate the mashed potatoes and coleslaw and threw the chicken away. KFC used to be the best chicken around. I miss the cornel.
This one needs shut down and cleaned. It is filthy probably shouldn't be serving food.
The person at the counter st the KFC/Taco Bell in Brookville Oh wasn't very friendly and attended. We ended up having to put in two orders since they missed 3 and wanted 3 craving boxes. Then they brought out 2 of our boxes, and thankfully, someone from back saw us still stand at the counter and asked if there was anything else. I told them I was waiting on our second order. They person who took our order standing at the drive thru window looked back and said they are making it now. May be a while before we go back again to that KFC/Taco Bell. On a different time there we ordered the new nuggets, and they were tiniest nuggets we ever seen.
Food was just passable. I tried the new nuggets, which were fair. The cashier made no mention of offering a dipping sauce for the nuggets. Not impressed and would recommend training for the staff.
Came in just before the lobby closed, but the counter employee super friendly…told us not to worry and take our time. Offered us refills from the drive-thru fountain since she’d already broke down the one in the dining room. Would’ve given five stars but the chicken was a little dry.
They forgot my side. I got the rest of my food. I tried to call when I returned home 20 min away. No answer. Also no receipt.
They forgot half of what I paid for. And the receipt then wouldn't answer the phone. It was close to closing. So I knew I wouldn't make it there before they cIosed. So now I am out the food and money!
This was the KFC at Brookville OH.
I believe the shift manager with the experience just arrived just before we did.
A new employee was taking orders.
Everything was mostly made right, through the efforts of that manager.
We ate "in", early on a Friday night. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru.
I don't know if it was good or bad but by the time we got out of the car the line was significantly reduced.
The food was the typical KFC, but when we ordered they were out of "crispy" chicken. One of the sides was missing but I went back to the counter and got it without a problem. We sat down to eat but I had to get up to ask for plasticwear. The sporks weren't in the dining room. (I'm not a fan of sporks). I had to go back to the counter again for butter and honey for the biscuits.
The dining area was clean and pleasant enough.
Overall this KFC was okay.
I think we caught them part way through a shift change with the better shift team just arriving.
