KFC, Fairborn OH

After being told to pull forward for them making fresh tenders for my #7 which is a 5 tender box I waited almost 15 minutes to get a box with 2 tenders and the wrong sides. I feel for over 12$ that quality control could be a little better considering how long of a wait I had with no other customers in sight. Would give 0 stars if a option.

I was so disappointed in this location. I went there and wanted a pot pie. They told me they were completely out and had none at all that they could make. I pulled off and called my husband. He said they he actually already ordered it for me on the app online and it said they had them. So I waited the 10 more minutes then went to pick up my order. When I got there they said again that they didn't have any pot pies. I thought it was suspicious because usually on the app if they are out of stock on an item they will tell you and not allow you to order it. This time it did notdo that so i assumed everything was fine. When I tried to pick it up they said again they were out of stock and had absolutely none at all. They then said that they also cannot give me my money back if I paid online. He told me I had to use the app to get my money back and I told him there was not an option for that. He then took a deep breath and said ok well ill make you your two pot pies but you will have to wait about 40 minutes for them. I was taken aback because they told me twice that they were completely out and couldn't make any because they had none. Now that they realized I already paid and they couldn't refund me tyerefore they had to make them. So two different employees at this location lied to me twice about not having any pot pies just because they just didn't want to throw them in the oven? They were not closing anytime soon or anything like that either. There was still about 90 minutes before they were supposed to close. I then had to wait another 40 minutes. If they just would have thrown them in the oven the first time I ordered it then they would have saved about 30 minutes. After it all was said and done I finally got the pot pies but had to wait almost an hour and a half. I just wonder how many other people they flat out lied to just because they didn't want to throw something in the oven. Very disappointing

Mostly heat lamp food, chicken was cold & rubber, wedges sucked, KFC used to be good. Go to famous recipe its all fresh. Wish Fairborn would get Famous recipe back.

Tried kfc again, no change, fries old and chicken tenders also hard rubber like, just nasty as all fast food in Fairborn

3rd time sucked also, just die and let something like canes into Fairborn. KFC ur food still sucks and forever will.

I don't know if they change personal but they haven't been back here longer with people really rude and the chicken always tastes like if it's fried but this last time everything was fresh servers were friendly and they served pretty quickly

Went through the drive through and got a 3 piece chicken dinner and it was great and they were very friendly.

Spent $40 for 8 tenders to be literally as big as a hotdog. Food is always sat out for to long never changed, staff always forgets something, better off going across the street to Arby’s. Been there 100 times an 100/100 times kfc forgets sauces, food, napkins. This place just absolutely sucks. If ur wanting chicken go to lees or canes.

Normally I don't write bad reviews, because I've worked in food service and I understand that everyone has bad days.
But, yesterday I went through the drive thru to order (there was only one person in line infront of me, they eventually parked and shut their car off as I waited in line) and I was asked to wait before they took my order.no biggie.
I waited 10 minutes before they came back to the speaker and allowed me to even order.
I ordered $30 worth of food for my family and I.
I go to pay and was given my drinks, then I was asked to pull up and park because there was a few minute wait. Again, no biggie.
I ended up waiting 37 minutes (the ice in the teas were completed melted at this point) and in that time I watched them clear 2 full lines of cars. I waited on the last car from the drive-thru to leave, then I pulled back around to ask if my food was ready yet. I got an attitude from the worker, they made my order but had forgotten about it. Everything was cold and skimpy. I called to speak to the manager simply asking if I could have the same meal but a fresh, hot version. I didn't even eat it yesterday because it was legitimately cold, not hot, or even warm. She said I can come back in any time with my receipt to redeem the replacement meal.
I go in today, different employees but same attitude as the day before and I was told I'm not allowed to get a replacement meal without bringing in the messed up order. I explained what the employee told me yesterday, so again, they had me pull up to wait. I waited 15 minutes, I didn't get the full order, and the fries were cold and hard.

Next time I'll be checking reviews before I order food anywhere, clearly this location has a bad track record with bad service all around.
Again, I normally don't write bad reviews, but when I rarely ever get take out I'd atleast like the money I spend to go toward a decent meal rather than to absolute waste.

Went through the drive-thru, received a famous bowl full of mash potatoes and corn but only 4 small nuggets and a spoon full of cheese. With everything going up, that's a very sad presentation for 6 dollars. Never again.

They should just stop taking mobile orders, no matter how soon you order it you’re still waiting 20 minutes past the ready pick up time, Employees are rude and disrespectful as well. Wouldn’t expect to get any food in a timely manner. A joke

I came in here today to enjoy a meal I had some lady in front of me, ordering the lady at the counter named Faye hitting the other lady in her money, and as soon as she did the hand that lady move out of the way, she took my order, rolled her eyes at me and moved her hands and emotion. Kind of like hurry up. I didn’t even take 30 seconds to order. This is awful customer service on Faye’s part.

Rude as ever got an email saying to do paperwork on workday and when you call up there and ask for the manager u get told they're not hiring and hung up on how rude

They used to be good, but now they cut them thinner, they're hardly ever fresh fried, and dry and chewy. WTH?

I have yet to have a bad experience at this KFC. We attend every other month and it's been consistent. I appreciate it.

Lady at the drive through tried to charge me $25 for 8 strips no meal and had an attitude when I confronted her about scamming customers

In WHAT customer serviced based establishment would a “manager” rather argue with a displeased guest than just provide what items were missing from a nearly $50 order? ! Went and ordered 12 strips (this after being told they didn’t have enough regular recipe for my 8 piece, then telling me that there are only 3 crispy but they could “mix what they had for me”) 4 large sides, and a nugget meal with fries.what I GOT was strips, a single scoop of each side in a large container - only 3 of the 4 and the gravy was missing, and fries with the nugget meal but no nuggets. Drive thru didn’t even provide my receipt.
I parked and immediately went in to fix my AGAIN almost $50 order where I was met with a manager who questioned me in the fashion of “you’re really telling me there’s no nuggets or gravy? Those ARE large sides they’re in the large portion containers”. MAAM WHY would any sensical person take time out of their already busy schedule and provide you the food I got versus what was missing if that weren’t the case? ! And then to demand a receipt knowing that you didn’t give me one when YOU served me in the drive thru… but you remembered my total real well, right?

This KFC needs shut down.

I would give it a Zero if I could. My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru and got a famous bowl and this Mac and cheese bowl and a chicken little plain, we went home and opened the bag his chicken little and it has mayo all over it.whatever he will eat his bowl, I opened my bowl and saw this and I up there and the so called manager said it was TWO scoops of Mac and cheese.she told me she could not give me a refund and told me to look up corporate number because they don’t have it, she also asked me if I wanted pickles on my chicken little I just told her I wanted PLAIN! I used to love KFC but not anymore so sad

Disappointing drive thru experience. Ordered original chicken but was given a mix of original, crispy and a few over cooked original. The biscuits were packed on top of the bucket of chicken and were crushed and falling apart. Asked to substitute wings with drumsticks but was told no because I was using a coupon. There were no other vehicles in the drive thru and appeared to be no customers inside ordering or dining. Well wishes to providing quality service to better serve customers and increase business.

Melva a GM for the store. Took my payment and never gave us our food, called the cops because we wouldn't leave the drive though without the items paid for. She lied to police. We will be pursuing a civil suite against the store.do not go here until it is under new management
