KFC, Greenville OH

At this particular KFC they do chicken right. The grease gets changed every night so the chicken has that correct color to it. And it is very soft and juicy and taste delicious. The people are helpful and polite and are nice when speaking to you. I love spending my money here I feel like I get a great product for the price I pay and I don't feel bad about giving my money. Great place to visit coming to bring the family and enjoy a good delicious meal.

Had a great experience with KFC this time around didn't have what I wanted so they made it fresh. Gave me a drink for waiting.thank you

Love KFC the only problem there was my biscuits were not baked all the way but the chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy were great.

KFC staff were very nice and helpful for our spur of the moment family picnic.
They really helped us have a day to remember.

I didn't write anything about the food because I went there and bought for a friend I don't eat chicken I used to but I still gave five stars because the service was quick but the 12 piece chicken bucket is a little expensive

I'm not 100 percent satisfied with KFC's food. It seems over the past few years the quality has slipped. I love chicken but it seems most of the KFC chicken is tough anymore. Even the flavor has gone by the way side. Will I be going back to KFC not if Famous Recipe is close by.

Been with this company 7+ years. This work environment has done a 180 degree turn around since I have started. The teamwork and the livelihood is unmatched. I have worked at other fast food restaurants and the cleanliness of this one not only for customers but the back of house i have not been able to find many places! This place will always have a place in my heart! The food is great quality for this day in age!

I had a wonderful experience at KFC! An old lady was so polite to me when I took my order. I believe her name was Mary. I ordered myself a meat pie and it was very meaty and yummy!

Normal the service is great. Tonight they left a sandwich off my order. My husband went into the store and the workers were very rude. They argued with him about the order. The order was wrong when it was finally corrected.

I ordered famous bowl add extra cheese, it was so delicious the new nuggets make it even better. Will definitely be back next week

When are you going to change the dam sign to reflect the right price. With the managers attitude she must have worked at Dollar General. She had the same customer service that they do and the same pricing. Carl Trimble

Went through their drive thru at 15 minutes before close (which we didn't realize they closed at 9: 30 on a Friday), and received this for our large order of fries, our only item we ordered. Even had to wait because they had to make them fresh. Very disappointed.

Been a bit since I've been inside. Was so saddened to see them do away with the buffet. Went to order, most employees were leaning on counters in the back chatting. Note says out of spicy chicken. Maybe I'll try KFC on another day.
