Whoever was working the night shift deserves to be fired. After taking forever just to get to taking my order they proceeded to give me overcooked chicken and after they gave me my food they told me to get the f out of there. Terrible service from the employees.

Food was good service was a tad slow. Sandwich I order was great. New KFC wraps are too small

If there was a zero star i would’ve put it.
Not only are the managers rude here they are dumb. The food is always trash.and looks ugly. I never ever ever got a napkin or a sauce in my bag.and the one time i did it was a huge surprise. Then i realized they forgot two sides. Its ok we all make mistakes. But this location is extremely rude. And this is not only my own opinion in fact this location is known to be supper rude and im so done with it. I rather drive extra 5 mnts to get better service elsewhere

New cashier but food was great! Prices $$ above moderate but worth it. Ordered 4 PC white. Got 2 PC white with 2 PC dark? !?

Terrible, I came 2.5hrs before closing 8pm and told they could not drop more crispy chicken. This was SECOND time I came to Cleveland Ave location. The everhard location had NO issue dropping more and they close at 9pm lol this is nuts! I got to everhard location at 830pm I’ll Never go to Cleveland Ave location again, pure TRASH.

I've only been here twice and both times was told they couldn't fill my order. This time by Erica who was rude and dismissive. Another helpful employee took my order and it was filled. This is my last time coming here. Although your staff seems hardworking and friendly, Erica was a blight on your name. She told me she didn't want to deal with me. I guess that is putting the customer first at KFC

It would have been faster to buy an egg, incubate it, raise the chick, slaughter it, bread it and fry it myself. I didn't get the utensils, napkins or ketchup I requested (nor part of my order) mainly because the employees were far more interested in goofing off with each other than pay attention to the customers. I bought a big cole slaw which may have satisfied a baby chipmunk (if it had a large breakfast that day). All in all, a very unsatisfying experience, one I plan to never relive. You need a zero star option.

Got a pot pie with only one piece of chicken. Shouldn't a chicken pot pie have chicken?

Food was good, but the workers were gossiping about a customer who was walking in (talked before they walked in). The workers were talking loudly, seemed rude and messed up my order.

Ordered 2 bowl meals with fries, one spicy, they didn't give me one of the fries, and instead of tossing the spicy chicken separately before putting it in the bowl they just dump a ton of sauce in the bowl, so now my bowl is swimming in more sauce than gravy. When I called I was told "sorry that's just how they do it, if you bring your receipt I can get you those fries"

I ordered $47 worth of food. The prep cook said it would be a 20min wait I said ok and said ill be back headed to dunkin donuts he said ok. I asked where do you want me to pull up when I get back, he said the handicap I was like ok (really). Came back and waited about 10min, went inside to get my food, the manager proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my order fixed I would have to return the food.i said i never got my food, he said yes you did. I said mann listen ask your employees. They actually gave my food away and i had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my order. I said i would like a breast for the inconvenience. I got it, but never received an apology.

Worst service ever! I spent $33 and they messed up everything in my order. I call in because I live 30 minutes away and guy tells me I have to bring it all back to get it fixed. So because they are incompetent I have to waste my gas and time. And they expect more than $10 an hour it's ridiculous.
