KFC, Toledo OH

Person who took order spoke real fast was telling me n stead of listening. I ordered white meat when i got home it was given dark meat. I asked doest it co.e with drink they said yeah I put coke. I said oh. Ok I guess. Paid went home n discovered it was dark meat. I don't eat dark meat I eat white meat. Called them they said bring your receipt n food back n they'll switch it. But my son had left with car so couldn't. This really pissed me off. Had been out of town just got home went got chicken to eat n couldn't eat it. They mess up orders n expect you to drive back to exchange them. Son ate it when he came back. I had do peanut butter n jelly. They should pay attention to people orders. I assume it was right. The person I assumed a girl spoke so fast and really wasn't listening like she was reading a script and had to be done n 30 seconds. Just mess up my dinner.

I order $70.00 worth of food for the family due to having family members from out of state and not only was the food cold but the gravy was all over the bag and the biscuits tasted as they had been sitting there awhile and was hard as a rock. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and will not be back there! Also I asked for paper plates and plastic wear and didn’t receive any of it! Come on guys you can do better then that!

I recently visited KFC with my family for the first time, and I must admit, it was quite an enjoyable experience. We decided to order online and pick up our meal at the store, and everything went smoothly.

Upon arriving, we decided to dine inside the restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, creating a comfortable environment for our family outing. Now, let's talk about the food!

The flavors were outstanding! The moment I took a bite of the mac & cheese, I was blown away by its richness and creaminess. It was truly delicious and left me wanting more. However, if you're not a fan of heavily seasoned fries, you might find them a bit overpowering. The seasoning was quite prominent, so keep that in mind.

As for the KFC sauce, it's absolutely fantastic! It complemented the chicken tenders perfectly, adding a delightful tangy flavor to each bite. Speaking of the chicken tenders, while they were pretty good, I have a personal preference for Chick-fil-A's chicken tenders. The breading on Chick-fil-A's tenders tends to have a more appealing taste for me.

Overall, my first experience at KFC was pretty decent. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. While I might have a personal preference for another fast-food chain's chicken tenders, I still enjoyed my meal and would certainly consider returning to KFC in the future.

Terrible! Drive through attendant was nice and repeated my order correctly but the cook needs to be trained! Very simple chicken tender meal with mashed no gravy and mac/ch. Tenders were old dry and way over cooked barely edible! Actually tried to take a few bites were so tough couldnt chew them! Mashed had gravy and the Mac/Ch was cold! The only thing decent for this $12 meal was the biscuit at least that seemed fresh and soft! Big thumbs down DO BETTER!

Drinks didn't taste right and were watery, Sandwich was sloppy and soggy, and got very few fries that were not hot.

I went through the drive-through this afternoon and ordered a 4 piece chicken combo like I always do. When I got home and opened the box, it was a 3 piece tender, fries, and a biscuit. I called the restaurant and they said they would replace it. So I took it back. They gave me the 4 piece chicken but left the fries in the box instead of the mashed potatoes. I can't eat fries. I am very disappointed. 2 wrongs in less than 20 minutes. I had to throw away the fries.wasted money!

The food was just ok. The worker at the window was kind of rude. I'll just get kroger chicken from now on, it's better anyway.

I was in the drive through for ten minutes and nobody answered the microphone. I tried calling and they hung up on me. What kind of service is that? Garbage and overpriced! Get people that want to work. Il be talking to the manager and GM. Thanks for your service coming from a veteran on Memorial day. Completely trash employees!

Bought 8 piece chicken been warm up taste like it were cook 4 hour ago under heat light not fresh cook at all.

Have lunch here at least once a week. Every time order is correct and employees are always nice and helpful.

Never got my food. Guy taking orders and doesn't know what or who ordered what. Gave food away to a guy that was waiting to order. He walked out with a grin knowing he never paid for food. They were fully staffed.

I went through the drive thru for dinner. The young woman who took my order was kind, thorough and everything I ordered was there.

No chicken was ready so I had to wait 20 minutes, order was wrong when I got home so I had to drive back up there to get the correct order. The chicken just doesn't taste like it used too.

Staff was friendly. Got the new wraps, and the chicken was small and dry. Not worth the price they are asking.

My daughter wasn't feeling good and she finally wanted to try and eat something. Order her a LG mashed potato and gravy and it looks like 2 small scoops of potato in the container. Not full at all for what $5/$6? NEVER AGAIN!

On their drive-thru window they have a sticker that says "No refunds, we guarantee we will make your order right" Lol. Food was decent.
