They don't fry the chicken long enough. Breading was pale and soggy on my sandwich. Was given barely any fries and they were upside down in the bag. Lee's Chicken across town will treat you right.

Chicken was off again, 8.99 for a 3 piece dinner an if you don't tell them you want coleslaw your going back to get it. Even it was off, dry. Guess it will be a very long time if ever i go back. 8.99 3 piece. I know its (high prices) everywhere. 5 $ chicken bowel was 5$ well 2 of them an 2 very small cole slaws 19. + FM

I get there to pick up my order, there are 2 cars in front of me. I tell them I am there to pick up my online order. The 2 cars in front of me get their buckets of chicken and whatever else was in the bags and I get to the window and I'm told to pull up to wait on my order. My order CLEARLY said ready for pick up. This eye rolling basic female comes out to give me my food, I ask her why I had to wait for it and she said, "we had to make it". CLEARLY it said ready for pick up 10 minutes ago. I ordered online to pick up and STILL had to wait on it, this is a pointless app if that's the case.

I ordered food online and was scheduled to pick it up 30 minutes later, I drove across town to get there to be told that my food wasn't ready because they "ran out of chicken" but I was never given any notice stating my order couldn't be fulfilled. They told me to come the next day to receive my food which I did, the following day I arrive to the store and get my food and thinking nothing of it I drive home and put it in the fridge because I wasn't hungry at this time, I later went to the fridge to grab some chicken to only realize that they hadn't given me my bucket of chicken, they gave me my chicken tenders, mash potatoes, gravy, some fries I didn't order but not my bucket of chicken. I tried to reach out the following day after due to it being too late to contact them about it and I've had all calls declined from the store. TL;DR Terrible service, Stole my money.

The food too much oil and it’s not crispy it’s more in crispy.the lady works there no smile

Had to give it one star just to leave a review. Mens room.nasty. I stood at the counter for literally 3 minutes. No one came up to take my order. I'm heading to Burger King.

Went to go eat lunch at 10: 30 AM and the doors were locked. No one could be seen in the lobby. They are supposed to be open up at 10 AM. They don't want our business.

The food had a very bad taste. I ordered crispy chicken three times in the last four months and it all tasted bad. I love your crispy chicken, but I will not be ordering it again.

Update: Marion KFC is the worst service. There was 2 ladies in front of us.was told we had an hour wait. Its only 1: 00pm.also i got a mountain dew and they clearly dont clean the nozzles on the pop machine in the lobby. There was mold in my cup floating around in my drink. Kinda ruined my appetite. But they dont do refunds so instead they gave me a new cup. Like that was going to help.

I got a crispy chicken sandwich. It was so dry. Was not fresh. Tried their new chicken nuggets.big disappointment! They were just big popcorn chicken. Not nuggets at all. Hands down tho. KFC has the best fries when they ain't cold.

1st time at this location. Was in town doing some shopping and decided to stop in. Food was fresh and hot. Will be back when we are in town.

When you order a meal with dries, nuggets etc maybe ask if we want condiments. Ketchup, sauce etc. I know corporate a.erica wants to save every dollar, well you lost a customer for being petty. Congratulations. I travel weekly and will never stop at a KFC again.

New chicken nuggets are delicious! Add the new KFC sauce and you're all set! Unfortunately the quality of the nuggets definitely makes their other chicken look bad

The worst I ever had. As an added note.we asked for coleslaw with our meals (2) and got two containers of chopped cabbage with no dressing. Your employees could have said we are out of coleslaw so we could have got a different side or made some since they took the time to open a bag of cabbage and pour it into a container anyways. And no biscuit with the chicken meal. All very sad for the money we paid.

KFC in Marion Ohio always does a fairly good job of getting a hot and fresh meal to you. Where they almost always falter is not including sauces forks and napkins with your order. They've also gone away from fresh baked cookies to pre-packaged that tastes like cardboard that's aged 10 years. Every now and again you may have an error with your order for instance I got 12 wings for the $9.99 and ask for the honey BBQ mild and got an entirely different sauce that was quite hot instead. Nothing that a ton of blue cheese dressing and hope couldn't fix but still. I would recommend KFC expand their sauce menu to maybe get a garlic parmesan or something other than just BBQ in heat. I really miss the Georgia gold that they discontinued.

This is the second time I have tried going to this location since moving here. It has been horrible food both times. A month or two apart. The people seem friendly but the food is horrible. Overly greasy, seems old even thought I had to wait sp maybe dirty fryer oil? They game me a Mt dew with no ice (not requested) and it tasted like it was the last of a batch if that makes sense. After being told they didnt have any dr pepper until tomorrow. They fries they gave my kids are so salty my 6 year old complained about it. I will not be going back to this one for sure.

Need to pay attention to the actual order. Ordered 2 classic chicken wraps. After waiting for my order & trying to get out of your lot. I was given 2 spicy wraps. Not happy
