7 Food not fresh, greasy, and overly pepper. Not like it used to be

To much grease. I prefer the bowls and coleslaw. Please clean bathrooms. Handicap accessible. Drive thru
Great clean establishment. Friendly staff and fast service would recommend!
Just stopped in here for dinner. Nobody @ counter & nobody in view in kitchen. Waited approx 3 min then someone walked to window to take car order. Girl looked at us & told other worker several times we were at counter. Waited total of approx 10 min from time we went inside & was never waited on. Ridiculous!
Yesterday they said they didn't have original recipe, today they have it but the chicken is burnt and the biscuits are like hockey pucks.
Will never eat there again I bought the family pack and found 5 long hairs in my chicken
Slow, poor service. Chicken was still frozen in center. Thought after waiting 10 minutes it would've been properly cooked
