18Went to their drive-thru, waited in line for 30 minutes with other cars, I get to the speaker to put my order in and a recorded msg comes on announcing that they were closed. 20 minutes later, on my way back home, they have at least 7 cars in Iine and open.
Great food, customer service was average. I tried to add a side of fries at the pickup window and was told I could not add an item and to top it off there was no other customers in the drive thru. Was not satisfied with the service.
Was able to drive right up to the window & quickly ordered & received my Buffalo Chicken sandwich. I had stopped going to the 260th & Euclid location because they have such long waits. Chicken Sandwich was good, but the location further up Euclid right before SOM is better. Their chicken is crispier & they put pickles on the Buffalo Chicken sandwich.
I order a chicken pot pie but there was no and i mean not piece of chicken in it. The manager Jordan didnt even believe me when i called back to complain. Sad. East 260th Euclid
I should have listened to the reviews. Normally I'll give something a chance at 3 stars. Turns out the reviews were right. Not only does KFC have long lines, no one inside wears the masks right, one worked didn't appear to have gloves. Eventually (it took forever to get our food in drive thru), we checked in the parking spot and it was missing something. Some stuff felt stale.etc. Drive thru cashier has an attitude.
Family was starving at home so we didn't have time to wait another 50 minutes in line just to get things fixed. Contacted KFC HQ and were given the run around.
It was great. The staff went out of their way to fill my order. It was late and i asked for extra crisp. They young lady told me to pull my car to the side and that they would cook so for me, I said no that was ok, but she said that it was not a problem. When she cooked it she started to walk to my car to bring it to me, but I met her halfway and I did appreciate that they went out of their way to fill my order.
Food Is delicious and greasy and unhealthy as it should be. But the staff are incompetent. I order a simple popcorn and drink and they gave me chicken tenders instead and forgot my drink. I waited at the window for my drink and the drive-through person just stared at me for 5 minutes and wondered why I was still there even though he was looking at my order and wondered why I was asking for a drink. Apparently this is the best place to work if you failed high school
, I would rate it a one-star but it wasn't even real chicken tenders. Down the street and Willowick the store is excellent. But not the one on Euclid Avenue and 260th can't even describe the meat besides not a chicken tender cold and hard!
I go to this place all the time and I would finally like to say that they are unprofessional because when I went up their to get my grandmother some food they had a ghetto note posted on the icon saying that "we take cash only! " what in the world is going on up their? I only carry my card not cash so of course I was piss made me waste extra gas but the KFC that's in Willowick is nice and clean up there no complaints from me.
This was the worse KFC experience I have ever had used to go there all the time ordered 4 large potatoes and they were only half full the coleslaw was much worse than I ever had will NEVER go back I'll stick with the one in Willoughby from here on out your staff management and owner should be ashamed of yourself for ripping people off and selling that garbage only got 1 star because that's the only way I could figure out how to write a review
We need to start caring care of ourselves better and this is not the way. Although the chicken SOMETIMES may be good it's not good for you.
Haven't been to KFC in years because I couldn't afford it, but had a craving for it this day so I went only had $20 on me to feed myself and husband. The cashier was such a big help showed me they had value buckets woohoo $20 bucket perfect was a 2 meal each for us loved it. Thank you KFC
Got the three piece tender meal and it wasn't anything like the picture in the commercials. My three tenders were about the size of one tender that is advertised. It was so dry I could barely get it down. They only had one person taking and filling orders. So when the couple in front of us ordered, we had to wait to order until she gave them their food. Wouldn't recommend thius location.
No mashed potatoes at 10: 35 but they dont close til 11. They cleaned up early and put the food away and refused to sell it. Yuck
Customer service is nice they will let you know how long your wait is and they give you a free drink for being patient.
The drive thru speaker does not work. I have been in line for 25 minutes and I still have three cars in line. The dining room is closed so you are stuck in line.
Good to know a KFC is nearby, especially if I have been too busy there isn't enough time to cook and I'm hungry.
Very slow service. You place your order after waiting forever they want to try and tell you how to order i ordered 2 (1 piece meals a breast and 2 sides each) they put both pieces of chicken in 1 box and gave me no biscuits all meals come with a biscuit I will never again go to this kfc
