Kicks Mix Bookstore, Newark OH

So glad to have found this gem! New books, used books, exceptional selection! The atmosphere is fantastic, the owner is so nice! And the bookstore cats have the best names.
Definitely a cool place to check out, and I will definitely be going back!

I am new to the Newark area and have been utterly delighted with Kicks Mix bookstore. They have a wonderful selection of new and used books. Also the used book prices are incredibly low. If a book is not in-stock, they have been able to special order it for me. The book was in my hands very quickly afterward. So top-notch service all around.

Overall, Diana is a wonderful owner, and I will admit to swinging by just to see the bookstore cats Margaret and Edgar on my lunch breaks. I appreciate that Kicks Mix allows me to shop locally, support a small business, and pet a cat or 2, all in one fell swoop. The only reason this is a 5 star review is that I couldn't give 6.

This is an awesome little bookstore! The selection of used and new books will appeal to everyone. If you are a reader, or like artwork, want to learn something new.then there will be a book. Stop by and find something for yourself.

This is such an amazing bookstore! We were just walking by on a Saturday morning and happened to see the sign and decided to pop in and I am so glad we did! Such a cool space and layout. There are so many hidden little isles and rooms that you could easily spend hours in here. We were wandering around for at least 15 minutes when we noticed there was an entire upstairs as well! While browsing you are also being greeted by a couple sweet kittens wandering the store who are super chill. This will for sure be a first stop from now on when looking for a good book.

This is a hidden wonder. It's my favorite bookstore. If you want a specific book, she'll order it for you! It's wonderful to visit her cats everything I go

I really enjoy Kix Mix. Employees are always professional and sweet. Very knowledgeable and down-to-earth overall great experience that's my word.

I love this bookstore! From the outside it doesn't look like much but once you're on the inside, there is surprisingly a lot of space. Also, Don't forget to check the upstairs out. The kitty that roams around is super cute too.

What's better than a bookstore? A bookstore with a cat. What's better than a bookstore with a cat? A bookstore with TWO cats. This place has great selection for browsing, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. The stairs are a bit steep/narrow, so be prepared for that if you visit.

Lovely little place with lots of creativity in design and structure. Seems like they aren't quite finished yet so I'd love to return and see how it turns out!

Coolest little library! She had a wide selection but it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. And you have to meet the public relations manger Margret! She showed me and husband around when we first arrived

Skylar and I visited Kicks Mix Books yesterday and was in awww the minute we stepped through the door, the place is awesome. If you love to read as we do I'm sure you'll find any book you're looking for there. I recommend everyone to check it out.

Great prices and they do gift cards which is pretty cool. Love their selection as well as having some real cute kitties that roam the place and are super loveable and friendly.
