Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Fairfield Ohio

I was very disappointed with Kids R Kids. Last year, I signed up my half-day Kindergartner to attend the program in the afternoon. I made an appointment to come in, filled out all the forms, and paid the enrollment fee. Everything seemed to be in place.

I requested to meet with my child's teacher ahead of time to discuss my child's allergies. Kids R Kids said that was fine. As we were getting closer to the school year, I kept calling and calling to set up a time to talk with the teacher. I never received a call back.

Finally, with just a week before school started, I personally went into the center. When I arrived, I saw the director who I initially talked to. She told me that my child was unable to attend the center because he was "too much of a liability" because he had allergies. I inquired as to when someone was planning on telling me this and all she said was, "Someone should have called you. "

I asked to speak to her boss, and she handed me a generic email address. I asked for a phone number, and she told me they don't hand out phone numbers and to send an email. I then asked for a refund of my enrollment fee, and was once again told to email the generic email address.

I was horribly disappointed with this lack of professionalism.

Such a great place! Just switched to this daycare and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Great staff - Ms. Tracy was super helpful and kind. Excited for my son to go here from now on.

I have worked at Kids R Kids for a few years now. I can honestly say that we’ve had a great group of staff, treating the kids like their own. The kids are truly amazing. I love the renovations that have been done here. I would recommend sending your kids here.

I have worked for Kids R Kids for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience! Teaching children is such a fulfilling experience and brings so much joy to my heart! One of the benefits of working here is that there is pre-made curriculum so that you don't have to worry about making up a lesson plan each week.

Kids ‘R’ Kids is a great environment for your children. Their teachers are loving and have a child first mentality. My son has had a wonderful experience there from the age of 8 weeks all the way to his current age, 3 years. Highly recommend

We love Kids ‘R’ Kids! My son attended for 6 years and my daughter has been enrolled since she was 8 weeks old. The renovations and updates have made such a tremendous improvement inside and out. My kids enjoy their time spent here and love seeing their friends and teachers. My daughter has learned so much already in her two years of being here! I just can’t imagine taking my children anywhere else.

I’m currently a employee here at Kids R Kids, I can honestly say that this is a great daycare. I love the diversity between the kids and staff. On that note I would highly recommend your child to join this daycare.

Infant and toddler rooms are the best. The teachers provide the utmost care and give the children the love and attention that they deserve! If you’re looking for a center, look no further!

This is the best nursery where you can take your children, they take care of them as if they were you, they fill them with love and affection, they are very kind people, I highly recommend it

Absolutely in love with the staff at Kids R Kids! They take the time with our children, know each different personality in their room and show the love and compassion our kids deserve in our absence. The classrooms engage in sooo many different activities throughout each week, I’m always getting new artwork and pictures of them while playing. Every morning when we come in the classrooms are clean, staged and ready for the kids arrival and a great day.cute music is playing inside and outside upon arrival and we’re always greeted with someone at the door with a kind heart and smile on their face! Seriously impressed with this group of leaders and thankful they are in my family’s life. I am in awe watching my daughters growth day after day after returning home from daycare. Simply amazing
