This was my first experience sending my children to a daycare (we previously did in home care) so I was nervous but everyone at Kidz Kingdom is wonderful! Patient, kind, sweet, I could go on and on! My youngest goes regularly and my older kids were transported to school from the day care and all around it’s been a wonderful experience. I promise you will not find another daycare this affordable while having the level of quality you get at Kidz Kingdom.

As a first time mother, this daycare was a nightmare.my child came home to me with a bruise on her finger, she could barely bend her finger like it had been smashed in a door & Jackie, the director, assured me that she “must have smashed it in a toy or something” and she had no clue or answer as to HOW it got there, i asked for a closer watch on my daughter and a incident report to be made next time it happens.the next week comes, and Jackie calls me off her personal phone, to tell me my daughter had a incident and she had been pushed out of the tree house (with padded mats underneath) in her classroom and “it was no big deal, she’s fine” and when i came to pick my daughter up, she was filthy.her nose was running, there was a knot on her forehead and a bruise, and the incident report stated my daughter “fell down and bumped her head” which is completely different then what i was told on the phone by Jackie.everyday my daughter would come home, she would drink sippy cup after sippy cup of water/juice like she had been thirsty all day, she was starving every time i picked her up, they tell me everyday she needs diapers but on the day i said my daughter would N E V E R be returning, the teacher proceeded to hand me a STACK of my daughters diapers that were stashed under the changing table along with packs of wipes when they continuously asked me to bring more and that my daughter was “all out”. I asked for daily reports of my daughters day & nap times/meals and was provided with ONLY 2 daily reports after my daughter had been going there for a whole month and a half.i asked to see video footage and talk to the teacher that was present when the incident happened with my daughter and Jackie told me her system was down at the time of the incident and the teacher had left.several times i’ve came to pick up/drop my daughter off, there are kids that are toddlers and do not belong in a crib at all, in the “nursery” climbing out of cribs, ready to fall on the ground before they get yelled at and the teachers will put toddlers in the cribs so they don’t have to watch them when they don’t want to take a nap.while the infant babies are either crying or put inside a swing to cry instead of being nurtured and held. One of the teachers made a joke about my daughter being “scared to death of her” and both times my daughter was injured with the bruise on her finger and her head having a knot and being bruised, she was under the supervision of the teacher she’s “scared to death of”. The daycare itself is also dirty and they never sanitize anything but the tables.i have never seen anyone clean the toys off at all. When you come to pick your child up, they let you come straight into the classroom and have absolutely zero security.there is a office where Jackie sits from clock in/out all day that you are supposed to walk in/out as well as sing your child in/out for the day.but there has been a sign that the door is broke (and it’s not at all) and to use the other door.so anyone can pose as “picking up their child” and come straight into the children’s nursery.this place is so unprofessional and unorganized, it amazes me it’s still in business.you can see how i sent my daughter to school, and what she looked like when i picked her up.i’m disappointed and furious my daughter had to experience this as her first time in a daycare.

First time mom here so sending my 3 month old to daycare wasn’t ideal but the director Jackie made me feel very comfortable in the process. The infant caregivers here are attentive, patient, kind and have good communication. I’d highly recommend Kidz Kingdom as a safe, clean and friendly child care facility.

I absolutely loved this daycare! My son had a wonderful time and he would also ask for his teachers when we were leaving or at home. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed always! It’s hard to find a good daycare who takes care of your child like their own, and the staff here really does do that.

Wow can't believe that the director of this daycare actually left a positive review. When that should be up to the parents. They have a sign on front stating they open up at 5: 30. When they actually open at 6: 30. Which is false advertising!

Highly highly recommend Kidz Kingdom! We were pleased to find a daycare that felt personal. Ms. Jackie and her team made us feel welcome every day. Each age is crucial and having my daughter continue in the infants class gave me peace of mind. They care about the children and are very open with communication. Unfortunately, we had to move, but I have only the best things to say about this daycare.
