My visit with Kimberly Bell was awful. I was seen for 3 month visit for medication and couldn’t get into my doctor in time so I had scheduled with Kim. She treated me like a drug attic and had me sign a controlled substance form. I had also read her notes and I was very upset on how she mixed my words and used them in quotations making it seem that I was acting aggressive during the visit, when all I was doing is telling her my symptoms without the medication I’ve been taking for 7 years. Will never schedule with her again.
