5The driver who was doing the recycling bins nearly took us off the road and I had my kids in the car and waved as he went by.
We failed to place our recycling on the curb 1/18/21 believing that service would not run due to the MLK holiday. When we heard/saw truck running, they had already passed our house. I waited for driver to turn back for the other side of the road and walked my bin directly across the street so it could be picked up. The driver watched me bring it out and skipped picking up bin. I called Kimble to ask to send driver back. The customer service rep told me what I did was illegal and that I could be in trouble. She became hostile as I questioned how this could be illegal "trash sharing" when it was my recycling bin with my unique serial number placed directly across from my house with only my recycling in it. I asked for nothing more than what I pay for, in fact in recognition of my error, I walked my bin to a convenient place for the driver in his view. To be told I could be arrested for doing so is absurd. The only thing criminal about this situation is the attitude of this company skipping a service because they can and laughing about it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I called about them taking our new trash can and they said they said that happens all the time.
They skip my house on trash day literally 50% of the time. I now have their phone number memorized because I call so often to inform them that they missed my house. They always say they are going to fix the problem, and this has been going on for over a year. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Kimble is the worse. Crappy costumer service and even crappier workers. They are NEVER on time and the one time they are on time they leave most of my trash in my can. When you try to call them they put you on hold for at least 20 minutes before someone answers your call. Their workers broke my trash can and I had to get a new one. Wasn't to happy about that. Very unreliable service and if you have other options I would go with them not kimble.
