Every Thursday the trash man throws my cans in the yard. They have blocked my car. They have hit my mail box. They have thrown my trash cans on my porch. But today they threw the trash can hard enough and broke the lid off. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for 40 minutes. Not happy with the company.

The Kimble company driver left a hangtag note on my door stating they had destroyed my mailbox and post and they would replace it this has been over a month I have called at least 10 times only to be told someone will get back with me due to the fact they are in a meeting and no one ever gets back with me there was a very high wind rain storm yesterday my rain is literally drenching wet every time it snows or rains my mail gets destroyed I am a taxpayer for the city in the city of Bedford Heights Ohio I am not pleased with the way Kimble is handling their accident not only do they not have the decency to repair or replace it they don’t even have the decency to return my call or acknowledge receipt of my email or messages I was told to send an email with the photos I have done everything they requested and I’m literally bounced around each day I called I speak to a different different representative this is not good business this is not right and they need to step up to the plate own up to thier damages and repair and or replace my mailbox and mailbox post or compensate me for the monies I spent on the purchase and installation of my mailbox and my mailbox post.

Horrible. Charge fees for everything, seldom on time. Less expensive than some competition is the only saving grace. Cannot recommend.

Very poor customer service. Rude personnel. I was a customer for 20 years. Changed to another service. No customer service what so ever. Wake up people! We are your success,

They are horrible.suppose to pickup Monday they were lucky to get it picked up Tuesday evenings.they would throw my can sometimes it Landed on the road and of they went.very expensive too.

Doesn't get any worse than a company that is always late to send invoices but also to pick up your trash! Get someone on phone and they are errogant and don't have any concern for customers. Charged me a late fee for thier invoice not arriving on time! Then become indignent when I told them its ok to charge me a late fee but when my trash has not been picked up on time for 4 weeks its ok for you! Run away all reviews are horrible and thier driver is not friendly either! Changing to VAUGHN, WASTE MANAGEMENT, Tippel's Rubbish Removal or R & R Sanitation in Uniontown, Ohio area.

Over one month and numerous calls, bill is paid and I was overcharged to boot. My trash dumpster is still full. I'm still waiting on a call back.

Service is inconsistent with pickups often occuring 1-3 days late. The company leans on excuses instead of problem solving to improve service or just even owning up to poor service. Today my trash was not picked up at all while everyone else's in the neighborhood was. When I called to request a truck come back out they stated that my trash was listed as not at the curb, which was a lie as my trash has been at the curb all day. The lady said if the driver cannot reach my trash can they will not pick it up. There were two cars parked on either side of my driveway and apparently he could not reach the can. Strange considering I witness them get out of the truck on a weekly basis to access cans across the street. When I asked her again to send a truck she refused and said I can leave the trash at the curb until next pickup and anything over my service limit will be an additional charge to me.horrible customer service.

THE WORST service I've ever had. They leave my trash can in the middle of my driveway, and they don't even take all of my trash! So this morning I called to complain for the first time ever. She basically told me that I was a liar because the driver hadn't noted that he had even been in my area. Then when I asked about getting a second tote, she went on to tell me that each bag of trash left outside the bin would be a dollar per bag. I've been charged for this time and time again AND THEY DON'T EVEN TAKE THE BAGS!

They hit my vehicle parked and it has now been finished since Thursday (it's now Tuesday) yet I can't get ahold of anyone to send a check for damages because the guy who does it is on routes all day. I tried to contact corporate and was treated as if I'm being unreasonable in wanting my car back after they hit it.

I use Kimble for normal residential weekly trash removal. Two weeks ago I called Kimble to report my trash can lid has been broken off by the pickup truck. I was told to leave my trash can out where the worker can see it and it will be either repaired, or replaced. No one has shown up, and thus our trash is often uncovered due to wind or other circumstance beyond our control. This has caused a disgusting appearance of a maggot infestation. So, I called again to ask if someone was indeed scheduled to fix or replace the can. Today I am told it very well may take a month to be addressed. This is totally ridiculous! I wonder how long someone in Corporate would have to wait under these circumstances? I gave three stars b/c the pick up man is fabulous!

Horrible customer service, lazy pick up drivers. Had called in 2 bulk items for removal, wrapped in plastic and taped up like asked an the driver just past my house, I have video of the driver doing so and he marks collected? He didnt even take the can, just kept going, calling tommorow to cancel my service an go with another company.

I recently moved and yesterday was my third week for trash pick up. I don't have a can yet as it takes 3-4 weeks to be delivered, so I was told to put my bags at the curb. The first week they were picked up just fine. The second week my bags were not picked up. When I called, the driver's log said it was completed even though it wasn't. But all my neighbors trash was picked up. I was told someone would be back out to get it. The second day it still wasn't picked up so I called and I was told they would just get it the next week, which was yesterday. So we carried the bags to the back of the house and then back to the curb for yesterday. I had also requested a bulk pick up of carpet, which I verified with Kimble last week that it was scheduled for yesterday. Well, yesterday they took the bags of trash but not the carpet, which was wrapped as required and the correct size. Again I was told that someone would be back to get it. As of now, a day later, It still hasn't been picked up and apparently is no longer scheduled to be picked up. I have made multiple calls to Kimble and everyone says they emailed someone about what is going on. I suggested maybe they should just pick up the phone and call someone because clearly email is not working! Certainly they can contact the driver and simply ask why he/she didn't take the carpet! BTW, I was told they are supposed to leave a tag on any items they don't take indicating why they didn't take it. There was not tag. I was then told email is how they communicate, so once again the customer service rep was going to send a message to someone about it. I should not have to keep carrying my trash back to the house because someone can't seem to do their job!

Horrible company! We had to wait almost a month to receive our trash can that we had to pay for at the time of service being set up. & They come whenever they want with no set schedule. Some days its 10 A. M, some days its 6 A. M. & some days its 8 A. M. Customer service is horrible and lazy. Highly recommend not going with this company if you have other options!

2 months now trash has not been picked up on scheduled date. Then they have nerve to put on statement a pay by date. How about a pick up date followed?

Kimble requires customers to pay three months in advance for services and does not hold up their end of the contract. We have experienced four months of unreliable service, billing errors, and a never ending series of excuses for poor service. Kimble does not consistently pick up trash on the scheduled pick up day. Kimble hardly ever picks up recycling on the scheduled day. They sometimes pick up recycling the day after scheduled pick up day, sometimes skip recycle pick up all together, using the excuse "it’s a free service”. The trash truck driver broke the wheel on our Kimble issued trash cart, and then threw the wheel into the trash truck, leaving a broken cart in our driveway. After several phone calls, Kimble finally replaced the trash cart. Billing is inaccurate without credits promised by management. The last straw with this company is a recent email stating they will not pick up recycling in my service area for at least the next month. I don't know how this company can consider themselves "green" and environmentally friendly with refusing to pick up recycling. This company that does not provide the promised services while charging customers three months in advance for services.

If you're looking for a new trash company keep looking. Kimble is awful. Two times in the last 6 or so weeks I've experienced their drivers lie, stating that my can wasn't on the curb when it was. On one of the occasions I was in my vehicle waiting to turn into my driveway and watched the truck pull up in front of my house, stop, then continue going without picking it up. When I called they told me the driver stated the can wasn't on the curb which was a lie. When I told them what actually happened, like every other time I've called to complain, they state there is nothing they can do, no refund they can offer, and that I'll have to wait until next week for my trash to get picked up. Their service is abysmal at best. To the employee at Kimble responding to reviews with the canned response to go to your website and blah blah blah just save it.

Dropping the service ASAP. Poor customer service. Office staff is very rude when you call with a problem. I’m tired of getting blamed for them not picking up my trash and recycle.

Horrible company. They missed picking up my trash three weeks in a row. They would not give me a credit. Time to find a new trash company. I'm done!
