I accidentally ordered reeds for pickup at the store, when I intended to have them delivered to my son’s school. The staff promptly called me to clarify, and now my son will have his reeds tomorrow! The staff is always helpful and courteous. Thanks!

So these people are super nice. I've come in here just to charge my phone or to use the restroom and no one is giving me any Flack. I came in and bought a beautiful ukulele for my son the other day. And I plan on coming back. But everyone is super nice and super helpful and that's rare especially on this end of town with Myers being so hateful McDonald's and KFC so thank you for being nice Kincaid's and I'm glad y'all are still around cuz I remember I got my first piano from you guys when I was little little

All the staff were very friendly and very eager to work. I would recommend them to anyone going out to get a musical instrument. They were very knowledgeable about things and if one person didn't know an answer they found someone who did.

I have had 2 children now go through band at school and I have had the best experience with Kincaid's. From the easy to manage monthly payment to delivering online orders directly to the classroom they make being a band parent so very simple! If you have a youngster interested in music do yourself a favor and get to Kincaid's. They will take great care of you!
