Kindler Animal Hospital, St Clairsville OH

This is the best place around when all thr other vets in the area either hung up in us or told us they don't accept walk ins.our dog suffered because of it. Thankfully kindled could get the doc in a little early to end his suffering

Our family vet (for decades) retired and we had a hard time in the covid Madness finding another. One that promised good works was more interested in upselling services and, in my opinion, resulted in the loss of my 17 year best friend. After this I found Kindler. These are caring, helpful and good people. They listened to all my ramblings concerning my other senior feline and I feel secure with her (and our dog 's) care in their hands.

This place just wants your money. Dosnt care about your pet. Dosnt listen to you.you know your pets and notice any changes in behavior, physically or behaviorally.

New to the area so I went with the office with the highest rating.ummm, how even? Ok, so aesthetics arent everything but come on.it was a run down building, our room was filthy.and scary. Like drawyers held together with masking tape. It was like a hoarders dream on the countertop. Moving on.the vet was ok. Kind of an off putting bed side manor.i just felt like she was diagnosing irrelevant things & our primary concern was not addressed! I had a better convo with the tech! The techs were great, thats why ur getting 2 stars! Dont go here.try another place in town

We have dealt with them for many years with all of our pets. They are compassionate, kind and caring, even during the sad times. We would not go anywhere else for the care of our pets. They are the best.

Best vet experience any of my animals have ever had. The staff were all very friendly, and them exam room was spacious and clean. I liked that I was able to stay with my pet through the whole process. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

The ENTIRE staff is friendly and professional. We've been with Kindler for 15+ years with 15+ animals. It's always a A+ experience!

I'm definitely giving 5 stars for this place. We had went to a different vet for years for our dog and wasn't getting the help we felt she needed and made us feel like we was the worst dog owners on earth. I was told about Kindler from a friend and decided to give them a shot cause I wanted another opinion about the dogs issues. From the START they was very very nice and concerned about the condition she was in. Listened to everything my other told me that was wrong with her and the medications she had taken in the past and they got her right in and taken care of. Found out she had Lyme disease, and a REALLY bad allergies and a bacterial infection. Consulted with specialist from her cultures that was done and found the proper medicines that she needed. I would recommend anyone to bring there pet in to see Dr. Moore and her staff.

THEY REFUSED TO GET MY HURT PUPPY IN BECAUSE I COULDNT AFFORD IT. A REAL VET, SOMEONE WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT THE ANIMALS WILL WORK WITH ME, THEY, THEY WOULDNT.

Dr Moore and staff are great. She was very kind and gentle with my dog. Her staff are definitely animal lovers.

It felt like they didn't really listen to us, and we felt rushed. I understand that most vets are very busy during the pandemic, so I have sympathy. But that doesn't make it a 5-star experience. (fake name because we have to continue using this vet)
