Kindred Hospital Dayton

I wouldn't work here they are not who they claiming to be treat other staff better then others and check on patients when they feel like it hospital is very nasty also talk about patients and have call lights going off for 20mins always short on staff always worried about other employees business instead of there own I wouldn't let my dog stay at this hospital very nasty

Allison the nurse practitioner has been great. My dog was allowed to visit. The staff has been thorough in my care. That k you kindred.

The thing I like the most is at night up until at least 5 they let me rest. I have privacy because my room is private. It is quiet here which helps me sleep. The nurses are willing to do whatever I ask them to and are pretty quick about it which I appreciate. Therapy is good. The gym is very nice. They have worked with me and I no longer require the assistance of a walker. The beds are comfortable. The dialysis is really nice and they make it as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances. I would recommend this hospital to others. Dr. Chalisani is great and comes in every evening and explains things, speaks slowly, and is kind. He is pretty amazing.

I am a new patient at kindred hospital and my interaction with all the staff has been a positive one. They are empathetic and knowledgeable and if they don't know an answer to a question they will research it and get back to me with the answer. All treatment modalities have been appropriate towards my condition. Dr Yacoub and Allison answer my questions and have been informative. Dietary has been great. The atmosphere here is great. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends, family or anyone in need.

As a burn patient and transfer from MV hospital my wife received excellent care for 3 weeks until she was strong enough and wounds sufficiently healed to go home. Their wound care team, ICU nurses, physical and occupational therapy, the doctors and all of the staff were always attentive to her needs and did a great job. The facility is clean, the rooms are large and have a comfortable pullout sofa for overnight stays. Visitors with young kids.were no trouble. Lastly, but equally as important, their team supported her with positive messages and encouragement throughout her time here. We very much appreciated all her care at Kindred.

Everything has been excellent. Since coming to kindred my care has been exceptional. Therapy works with me. The doctors, nurses, aids, physical therapists, and occupational therapists and all the staff who interact on a personal and spiritual level in light of my situation kindred hospital staff have made sure my care has been great. The staff that provides resources to meet every level of care is great. My room is kept clean and is private. Im blessed to be in a facility surrounded by people who care about my health and wellbeing as much as i do.

Dr Rubio and dr reddington are wonderful. This is my second stay here. The kitchen staff worked with me and my dietary needs. I like my private room. The nurses make my shots painless. The therapists are knowledgeable. I would recommend this hospital.

While at kindred clinical staff took great care of me and they saved my foot. I was treated with the up most respect.they do a good job here. The food is A1. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others in need.

While at Kindred my mother experienced a critical event and I would like to thank and recognize the following individuals: Ashley for her comfort and explanation during this event, Jackie for educating me about my moms trach, Jane for responding quickly and calling a rapid when she saw my moms skin changing, Keeta for cleaning the room appropriately and in the correct order, Monica for showing care and concern and even hugging me, and Kathy for being so pleasant, caring, and always smiling.

The physicians explained things in a may that was understandable. Some of the NURSES AND PCTS took good care of my loved one. Therapy did a great job and always addressed my concerns and always provided me with anything I felt he needed. Case mananager is great. The patient advocate follows up and addresses concerns. She stops by daily to see patients and families.

While being here with my wife at kindred I think all off the physicians are very professional! We’ve had very good respiratory technicians! The facility is easy to access. The cafeteria food is good. The cleanliness of the patient rooms is kept up. The weekly team meetings are productive. Jennifer has been a great facilitator and visits us everyday. Justin is very thorough and follows through with respiratory.

They took great care of me when I was sent there when I left OSU in Columbus. Had a wound vacuum and 24 hours a day I.v. Antibiotics! They were great! Not bad food either! Very nice to my visitors. Jennifer took great care of me and kept me well informed of everything!

The experience I have had at kindred has been a tremendous one. The staff is very caring and friendly. I dedinitely would recommend this hospital. Antione, kesha, Alice, Lola, Marsha Monica has been great. Lisa and Amy have been helpful.

As an RN this is honestly one of the best places I have EVER worked. Everyone is very nice and the mgmt is very supportive. LOVE IT!

Outstanding nursing care and pc t care. The staff at Kindred has been warm and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Therapy comes around and gets my mom in a chair. Dr. Torres and Dr. Evanson have been such cAring doctors for my mom. Monica. Alice, jenae, Jackie, these pcts have been so good and of course Jacob. Martin has been a great nurse. Everyone has been so good.

This is a very good hospital they have met all my father's needs been very good to family thank you kindred hospital.

I spent a month at Kindred recovering from a very serious illness. The staff was cheerful, kind & caring. Everyone from the aides to the doctors were all just wonderful, they made my painful recovery bearable.

Nurses and therapists were very friendly. Treat you like a person and listened to your needs very well.

My care haa been great. The nurses are attentive. All the staff members are really friendly. All of my needs have been met. Alice the pct and susan the nurse are really great. Even the housekeeper goes above and beyond to help me. The therapist have worked hard with me. I would def recommend kindred.

I am not happy with the lack of empathy I have been given by every nurse, when I call/or even when I'm there to check on my mom. I just can't wrap my mind around why they wouldn't treat them the way you would want their loved one treated. As soon as I can get my mom out of there, I will.
