King of Kings Carpet Cleaning, Columbus OH

We called King of Kings for cleaning our great room carpet, steps, and tile/grout in the kitchen. They came out the next day. Extremely professional - very impressed with their work. I was skeptical that a good cleaning would help me hate my tile kitchen less but they did such a good job and it’s amazing what a good cleaning did. We hired them based on the reviews which can often be skewed but these guys exceeded expectations. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will call them with our next project and plan to refer anyone we know that needs their service. The bonus was being able to support a small family owned and operated business. I got email and text confirmation of my appointment, along with reminders beforehand. When I contacted King of Kings directly, Jonathan King was very prompt in responding. On the day of my appointment, Jonathan & his son Jamal arrived right at the start of the scheduled window for service. They are so friendly and efficient, and the service was outstanding. A true pleasure to work with them! I next plan to use King of Kings to install carpet in a new home. I highly recommend their service!

Jonathan and his crew were on time and efficient. They were very professional and full of knowledge on the different services they provide. We had our king mattress cleaned and are very happy with the end result. They wore shoe covers while in our house without being asked which we very much appreciated. Jonathan let us know that if we had any issues such as persistent odor, to give him a call and they would come back out no questions asked. Fabulous customer service.
