5Jackie was rude on the phone and seemed very annoyed she had to do her job when I came in. Guy who was in a guns and roses shirts was very polite and grabbed everything out of my car they were going to get rid of and not compensate me for. She didn’t write down there were certain things in my car even though “ they always list the large items” she tried to not return a 20 pound car jack to me. Whoever that guy was though should definitely get a raise he was very nice and sweet about everything and kept everything fairly neat

Called and asked if they balance MC wheels. Secretary said yes, what kind of made motorcycle do you have? I said Honda Shadow. She said we only take in Harley Davidson. I said that's sad to hear.
