We just purchased a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Kings Toyota. This is our first car purchase since 2009. The process for buying a car has really changed in the last 14 years. Craig Walter (sales) and Ron Whaley (finance) provided us excellent service throughout the process to get the car we wanted. Kudos to both Craig and Ron.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this dealership and its sales manager. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The sales manager displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, from dismissive behavior to a complete lack of product knowledge. It felt like I was dealing with someone who had no interest in helping customers or building a positive reputation for the dealership. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more competent and customer-focused team.

Kings Toyota should be your one stop shopping place to look for a new car. Tom Ballinger should have your go to man to help with your purchase. No pressure just the straight facts on your purchase. We had a very easy experience

They r very chatty and friendly but when it comes to be honest and explaining things they r not rt doing. Ppl need to be careful cuz they will try to pull things over ur eyes and once u leave the place they won't answer the phones or return ur calls either. They can care less about the issue at hand.

The service department truly sucks. I tried to get a hold of someone who would answer my questions related to a recall issue and mileage maintenance - could not reach anyone nor would anyone give a callback. Truly pathetic response rate and too long lead time. Don't know what to do!
