Kingsville Motel

Love this retro motel. We didn’t get bedbugs but the vibrating bed option took all our quarters. Also the towels feel like paper.

Great place friendly staff and owners I had a problem with my tv they had me another one within an hour they also offer weekly rates good restaurant next door and a truck stop across the street only reason I'm giving 4 stars is it's kind of remote and I didn't have a vehicle at the time to get around but all other aspects of my stay where accomodating if your looking for a quite place to get some rest this is it

Wifi didn't work 98% of my stay. When it did work it wasn't easy to connect to. Very disappointed with the wifi issues.

The Breathe of the BELLO'S out number just barely the lack of A BOGGY MARSH vapering methane blasts OVERTIME! Good place

Service was very terrible, there was blood on the door from the inside and the door was all cracked up. The toilet paper has brown stuff all over it, it disgusted me. To top it off I was laying and bed and started itching so I did a little inspecting of the bed, and there it was bed bugs. Me and my partner tried to change rooms and she said we could not get a refund, but all we asked was to change rooms. So then she said there was no rooms knowing she was lying. We seen only 3 cars in the parking lot and every room we past the window was opened and room was empty. I wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone. Very very horrible.

Very bad service the room was terrible. I got to itching and looked very close on the bed and I found a bed bug got up got my stuff to go switch rooms and was told no I was not getting a refund I said all I wanted was to switch rooms and then she said she had no other rooms available. (witch their was only 3 cars in the parking lot and windows showing the inside where no one was) I would weather put my truck mattress outside my truck and sleep

Clean room and bathroom. Clean laundary. Good for a night stay. There's a tub in the bathroom.

I would like to start by saying that I did not stay at the Kingsville motel but it was the motel that we got for my sister to come in and visit for one week. At first the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and courteous.when I came to visit her the following day I was questioned as to who I was visiting and why I was coming there from another employee.on day 3 my sister called me and told me that she had little bumps on her arms and legs and that they were itching badly so we just thought perhaps she had got bitten by an insect as we were getting out of the car at the lake.as we were having dinner in her room that evening I look over to see what looked exactly like a bed bug crawling up the side of her bed I tried to hurry and grab it but it did run off.my sister woke up the next morning bitten several more times and several different locations and I told her to immediately go speak with the front desk attendant. She was told that that was a situation she personally couldn't deal with but that she would contact the owners and someone would speak with her shortly. The owners arrived several minutes later and were very rude right from the beginning they literally stood in the doorway of the room for 2 minutes and said there's nothing wrong that she must have gotten bitten by something somewhere else as my sister goes to show her her bites on her arms and legs she didn't immediately asked her to leave the establishment and gave her about an hour and a half to do so. I wouldn't recommend putting your loved ones up at this motel at all.their prices were a little more expensive but we were willing to pay because we thought it would be a nice local motel for her to stay. I would also like to add while getting her belongings we discovered several actual bed bugs in the room.

I recently stayed at moms the Kingsville Motel to come in for one week to see family. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was very nice kind and courteous and even gave me some great recommendations for places to eat locally. How ever after approximately two days I started to notice that I was getting bumps on my skin that were itching badly. Later on in the evening my sister came back over as we were eating dinner in my room we noticed a bug crawling up the side of the bed she said oh no that looks like a bedbug we tried to grab it but it ran away. I really didn’t put too much thought into it until I woke up the next morning and I had been in several different locations. I contacted the front desk and I was told that the attendant couldn’t handle this particular situation that she would contact the owners and they would be here shortly to talk with me. Upon their arrival the owner was exceptionally rude, turned down the covers and all but said “I was lying about the ordeal” and then they proceeded to kick me out of their establishment after showing them the bites. They literally gave me an hour and a half to get things out of the room all while trying to find another vacancy at a different motel. They did give me a Refund but for only one day. Also on two different occasions My sister was questioned About who she was there to see and why. In conclusion I do NOT recommend anyone Stay at the Kingsville Motel.

*I do however recommend eating and dining at the local restaurants located directly beside the motel called Kay’s Place, the food there is amazing and the workers are more than friendly.
