I wish I was able to rate 0 stars. Anyone reading this please pay attention to what others are saying about the way the teachers and office staff treat children. It is completely unacceptable and I do believe there is definite targeting going on. My granddaughter attended there and it has been nothing less than awful. Unfortunate that in the world we are living in that there is such obvious racism. Children deal with enough on their own it shouldn't happen to them at a school where they should feel safe.stay far away from here!

I was going to go to Kipp because my aunt works there she is a teacher and my mom wanted me to but know all the comments we see I am probably not going to Kipp I really won’t to rate this a 0 but I can’t kipp is the worse school and is you are in Miss.belchers class tell her I said hi

They waste time doing all these extra steps just to get the students to their classes. Then they waste class time when the students "didn't do the transition right" by making them walk the halls again and again. And also every week they give them a test, when they barely learn anything in that time period. They punish the whole class for a handful of students, and they never listen to students to see their side of the problem. I bet it would make life easier if they made it so students can go to their classes on their own, and gave consequences that matched the problem. They treat those middle school students like elementary kids, giving them cubbies and making them walk in lines. The whole system is basically messed up. Why'd they do all this extra stuff instead of making it a normal environment? And they don't even say anything when a teacher insults a student.

Since my five year started kindergarten this year 2018, I have gotten numerous calls for petty stuff, she's not listening, she's running out the classroom, she's not this and that, WOW overwhelming. Could it be she is lost in a class of 28 kids to one teacher and one teacher aide? As I was told by the a teacher, teachers are UNABLE to have a one on one with the kids or pay attention to them all. First you praise how well she is doing then calling me with she's not doing what all the kids are doing. I am so confused on what teachers responsibilities are TODAY! It sure isn't redirecting my daughter for sure. Just venting on people saying I told you so, KIPP Columbus has 0 tolerance, so if you have a over active child, this school may not be the one unless he/she is special needs child.

Teachers need more experience in customer service toward parents.
Also more seasoned staff to serve the community they serve.

The school is nice and all but the teachers in this school show soo much favoritism and once they said no one will get to go twice until everyone goes but guess what 3 people have gone twice and half the class still has not gone. Today is vety cold? It was32 degrees and they still made us go outside and it was FREEZING. Also there are so many fights at this school. But other than all that it’s okay

Horrible school if I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went here from 5-8 grade I ain’t Like it at all. And my baby brother goes there now and there are so many complications with him getting back home, they even lost him before but luckily we found him.

This is a good school but think students should be held more responsibiltys like the highschoolers the middle school like 7th and 8th should be given the privliage to take computers home like i know other students that go to schools and they take computers home and my kipp student are like "your so lucky" i think the children would me more then happy to have a privlage it will open good doors you guys should think this over the summer of this pivilage and instead of assigning homework on paper assign it on there computer i would rate the school wonderful t just need a tab bit of sugar to thank it up beacuse schools that are academically catching up and are low school even take computers home what a good thought they think of there students

If i was able to rate 0 stars i would, mainly because the teachers here get mad at students for doing little things. When one student get in trouble the whole class has to pay for it. THIS SCHOOL SUCKS.

Where do I start? This school is a beautiful disaster. Please do your child a favor and DO NOT send him or her to this school, you will only be setting them up to FAIL TREMENDOUSLY! There is no real learning taking place just a whole lot of testing going on and the children are drained physically, mentally and emotionally. The teachers are overworked and burned out. There is NO JOY, NO FUN. It’s just a depressing environment to learn and work in. The school is beautiful inside and out but unfortunately that’s about it!

The teachers in this school is horrible especially Ms. Chaffin that be that targets people.

And that chimpanzee Mr. Chavers be thinking he got the power to grab the kids by they shirts and stuff.

This is not a school to send your kids cause of the dude Mr. Chavers who look like Dwyane Wade

I utterly hate this place. This school is a freaking daycare. Im not treated like my age (13 in 7th) at all and im constantly dragged into consequences im not a part of.

This school is horrible. The staff, the schedules, everything. It is a racist, prejudiced school. The staff admitted to me that they treat the 'regular' kids differently and they need to work on it. My son was abused physically, mentally, verbally and racially. Don't send your kids here.

This is a very loveable school, kipp is the best and should have won awards for their outstanding teaching, sike, they block my computer and this teacher always riding me, named mr remlinger i swear man.

If you ride bus 883 then you know my bus driver she always slamming the brakes and pressing them while we drive and stops driving for no reason takes Sharp turns that will make you fall out your seat I hope she gets fired and Mr chavers is mean and will stop your class for no reason he's a time waster basically and back to the bus driver she is always yelling at us but I have headphones for reasons like that on time she pulled over for some dumb reason and kicked a kid off the bus man she almost got into an accident because she can't drive and never pays attention man can someone get rid of her

The school is cool and fun but the buses ar dumb and non listening like bro today my bus driver went to all these different places that dont even exist on the paper and im supposed to be at the bgc milo grogan at 4: 45 and today i got there at 5: 30 like WHAT! But other wise its a good school
