The quality of the deck was great and the build process was very smooth, love that they handled the permitting which has been an issue for neighbors trying to do on their own.

Although a "smaller project", Phil & the team at Klassic Custom Decks showed us great patience in design, answering questions and making sure we visited the great showroom before final (and totally transparent) pricing/deposit to make sure every detail of the project was correct and the materials were exactly what we envisioned when we chose them.

The crew was on time, professional and took great care to address not only the project as planned but solution to unexpected issues with the entryway construction.

Final payment wasn't even requested until Phil came to inspect the project to make sure we were happy, made sure all was as expected and to the company's standards, and to answer any questions/concerns that we may have had. This was professional and stress- free from start- to finish and we can't say enough good things about the company and its employees.

We are very pleased with our deck. We had some unusual requirements and when those came up the accommodation was perfect. The crew was respectful of our yard and neighbors and the workmanship is outstanding.

Klassic did a great job installing railings and repairing workmanship issues left over by builder. My experience was great from design, quotation and installation.
