Over the course of the week, Kleinhenz helped me select and size two wristwatch bracelets for a Seiko and vintage Orient. Shane, the Director of Operations, was extremely reliable in providing advice on the style and fit of both bracelets. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure a perfect fit by removing links and cutting down the rubber strap for my Seiko, continuously checking back with me to make sure I was confident in the length of the band. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the bracelets was in-line with my expectations.

The atmosphere at the store was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering beverages to customers and providing service immediately upon entry. I went to a number of jewelers in the Cleveland area to get a consultation for my watches, and Kleinhenz was far and away the most hospitable. I highly recommend this jeweler, especially if you’re in the market for watch maintenance/accessories.

Vinnie Mariotti was so helpful to me he made the whole process really smooth from talking to me on the phone to my time in the store to getting back to me afterward. Fancy jewelry stores can be very intimidating, but she will truly make you feel at home and like family. She will help you every step of the way with your custom design project, (or any of your jewelry needs!). What a GEM!

Went in for an estimate, they gave me a cost. After shopping around I thought the girl was the nicest and it was the middle of the road price so I decided to go with them. Once I came back they said I should get a “true estimate” and since I had already decided to go with them I agreed. It took them two weeks to call me back with a “true estimate” that was almost double what I was originally quoted. I declined and they said they’d call me when was my ring was “ready to pick up” which they never did. When I called in to see if I could come get my ring over two weeks later the woman on the phone couldn’t find it and said it was under a different last name. Which I obviously found slightly concerning. When she finally located it after two holds on the phone I tried to make a joke about how it was the nicest thing I owned and it was concerning they couldn’t find it she wasn’t nice and didn’t humor me at all. Took my ring somwhere else the next day and they fixed everything in 24 hours for 1/5th of the price.

Outstanding job resizing my ring. This ring is very important to me and I was told by several major Jewlers that they could not do the job. I called Kleinhez they very nice woman told me that they can resize certain ring and to bring it in. She took one look and told me it would have to be sent out but doable. I am so happy. My wife has a tennis bracelet that she has had for about 15 to 20 years that was worn out. It was weak and had been repaired 3 or 4 times over the years. We chose to have a jacket made to reinforce it. It came out beautifully with all that had to be done. It is gorgeous and my wife wouldn’t trade it for anything. The professionals at Kleinhenz did a great job. We were so happy, we bought another bracelet to keep it company.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I recently took my wedding rings in to have them checked, cleaned and rhodium plated. Not only did I get my rings back in 24 hours, but they look brand new. The tiny scuff marks and flaws are gone. My rings were originally purchased at Kleinhenz, along with a few other beautiful pieces. Every interaction with the staff has been top notch. They are honest and trustworthy. Kleinhenz is my first and last stop when it comes to my fine jewelry.
