For TEN years we have dealt with a roof leak caused by condensation. No one seemed to know what our issue was until we found Ken from Kline. Partnered with Jerry from Spray Foam Insulation we are fixed! Their professionalism and efficiency from the estimate to the final project was amazing. The team of roofers arrived before daylight and finished the project in one day. They worked together like a fine-tuned machine! Would highly recommend.

As part as our discussion I found out they actually did the roof for our next door neighbors. It looks great! We are so happy with the whole house transformation that Kline Home Exteriors has done for us! We had them put a front porch across the front of our home and put on a new metal roof, new windows, siding and they insulated our attic! Ken Troyer was wonderful to work with and he took our ideas and made them even better. Each crew that came here were so great at their job and very polite! After searching through 6-8 different contractors in central Ohio to repair our 20 year old deck and add a new roof over it, we selected Kline Home Exteriors. It was a great decision and a truly enjoyable experience working with a company that values its name and reputation and is determined to furnish the highest quality product and installation.

Beginning with Jon we worked out the pros and cons of different installation techniques and selected all weather materials and matching colors. Jon was friendly and polite and exceptionally knowledgeable in helping with the material selection and overall appearance. He promised to work us into his construction schedule before the end of the year and true to his word we began in late November and finished about two weeks later.
Any butterflies we may have had at the initiation of the construction work was quickly alleviated when Jon, my wife and myself reviewed the remaining questions with Roman the lead man on the crew who was soft spoken, extremely polite and eminently qualified for this work. We quickly understood we were in good hands and our thinking was soon confirmed when Roman went the extra mile in correcting the sagging deck with additional piers and more than sufficient support lumber.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the deck materials, the colors recommended by Jon, strength of design, craftsmanship by Norman and his crew and the "grande" appearance of the specially designed 180 deg steps leading from the deck to the lawn.

We tell all our friends about the great work done by Kline Home Exteriors and give them our highest recommendation on all issues with the work.

To summarize: We are extremely pleased with the appearance and quality of our Deck and would certainly use this company again on any future projects.

They did a good job replacing the roof on my home, garage and back patio. But the tire tracks all over the yard from their trucks and heavy equipment have made ruts which are going to bounce me off my lawn tractor this Spring. If you love your lawn, be forewarned.

After posting this review I did receive a call from Scott Wengerd one of the principals with Kline Exteriors and he assured me they want happy customers and we agreed that in the Spring, should the tire ruts and tracks remain a problem they will send someone out to remedy the situation. This is a reasonable resolution.

Kline did fantastic work on our home. We would highly suggest them to anyone. Tom was our salesman and had fantastic communication with us for all our projects. We appreciate all the hard they did to beautify our home!

We would recommend Kline Exteriors to everyone we know needing exterior work. We had siding, stone work, 2 new doors and a new porch built on the front of our house. They are very professional and do top notch work! When they come to work, that is exactly what they do and do it very efficiently. I chose to use Kline Home Exteriors after my cousin had used them for a new roof and siding and were happy with their work. I'm glad I did. Ron Knox kept in contact every step of the way. Even showing up during the roof replacement to see how things were going. I'm very happy with the metal roof and new gutters. The crew were also fantastic. They got it done much quicker than I thought would happen. They started at 6: 45am and had everything cleaned up and were out of here at 11: 15. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up around the house to make sure they picked up all the pieces if old shingles and nails. Great job!

James Shetler was outstanding from beginning to end. He was very professional and thorough. He explained everything and was extremely helpful. We had all new siding put on the house, new gutters and the front porch completely rebuilt. The house looks marvelous. The workers were great and cleaned up when complete. Excellent quality of work. Great metal roofing job done with new gutters. Professional crew who made sure that all clean up was performed after the job was finished. Fast workers. Had one small issue due to a newly installed bathroom roof vent that did not seal properly. Called Kline to report problem which they handled immediately. Tech was sent out the same day to seal the vent. As of then no problems. Thank you Kline.
