Kloud9 IT-Columbus

Recently switched from another IT company over to Kloud9. First impression.impressed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Brian was very professional and quickly identified why my Kloud9 password was not working. I recommend to Kloud9 that they add a link to the sign-in page to allow users to know that they have to reset the password.thank you Brian.

We have been Kloud9 customers for a number of years. Although we don't have many issues, we have always found their Support Team to be outstanding. Mark helped show me how to create a link, so my bookkeeper could upload scanned documents into it. He did a terrific job of quickly explaining the process to me. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Kloud9, their Support Team, and Mark. They are outstanding!

Had a very nice customer service call at Kloud9 recently. I was having a sign in issue (which turned out to be my fault), Jorge to the time to straighen out my immediate problem, stayed on the line to be sure it all worked, and gave me additonal information how to avoid the issue in the future. All in all the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

Jacob from KloudNine has always been helpful. Recently, there was a particularly complicated support request. He took the time to listen closely and come up with a plan to address everything systematically. He not only got the issue resolved. But, it was resolved quickly. It wasn't an easy fix but he tackled it well.

Josh Herrmann is very educated on his job and super helpful when I called.
