Bo and his team are amazing! It started with a small lot in Ohio City and they built our first home on it. They made it a simple and easy process and after dealing with other contractors when it comes to finishing the basement or hardscaping our backyard or renovating our new home, I realize how easy and professional Knez and the team are to work with. Everything was clear and laid out what to expect. Bo himself is a great guy as he is always willing to take a random phone call to ask about random questions such as Radon, Renovations, new areas I was looking to purchase in, new construction in those new areas, renovations in those new areas, and random home buying questions. They truly are a class act and I would recommend them any day! It also doesnt hurt that we paid $280k for the home and sold it for $415k 4 years later!
We have contracted Knez to build three of our family homes over the past 30 years. My mom still lives in the first home and we live in the third home. Several of our friends have also built with Knez over the years. Knez’s attention to quality construction and detail is what I consider the benchmark. My family and friends couldn’t be happier with our homes. We can’t wait to build the next one!

Our home was built in 2003 and not once have we had water in the basement and we've never had any structural issues. It's a quality home. I wish they were building the new communities in Lake County.
Purchased my first home with Knez Homes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. WIth this being a new build, you'd expect delays and many complications along the way especially with the pandemic. That was far from the case. Elaine and her team made sure all my build specifications were built to my satisfaction and their responsiveness throughout the whole process made everything so much easier. Would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home that is exceptional in quality and customer service at the forefront of the process to go with Knez Homes.
