Knickerbocker Pools & Spas, Tipp City OH

Knickerbocker came out to service my hot tub and did a great job. They were on time and quick. I appreciated that they were able to replace one item under warranty which saved me significant money. Great service!

Loved the experience working with Knickerbocker. From scheduling the service online which was super easy, to the actual technicians who came out and closed the pool everyone was friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!

I actually have a two part review. The first part was good. Meaning the woman who helped us with the purchase of the Jacuzzi 345 was great! She even came out to our house after the delivery to show how to program and use the different chemicals. This part was actually five stars.
The sad part was there’s a problem with one of the airlines that helps power the Jets. It actually sucks water into the inner parts of the hot tub. Two techs came out and couldn’t find anything wrong. When Amanda came out to show me how to program and use the chemicals she saw it and realize that wasn’t normal and took a video to show the technicians. The second technician came out and replaced a washer. I called the next day to see what was done since there was no message or note about the service. I was informed that the service was done and I asked if everything was working correct and I was led to believe it was. I went back out to my hot tub the next day to check it and it still does it. Now the problem is getting someone to answer my calls for service. I’ve left a message I’ve left an email and I have received no call. I’ve even called our great sales rep and she’s tried to help but I still receive no call. So my opinion is great sales poor service.

Knickerbocker Service department is always the best. More than once they have saved a pool party or other event by their timely intervention. We have a 32 year relationship with Knickerbocker and every year their service is timely and exactly what was needed.

We have used knickerbockers for years built our pool in 1997.
We have purchased hot tub and sauna, in addition. I would highly recommend them.

I’m a new pool owner and I really appreciated how patient they were with me. They were so helpful and knowledgeable!

My wife and I went into the Huber Heights store today and spoke to the manager there about an above ground pool. We were treated as if our business didn’t matter extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the second time in 7 years we were looking to purchase a pool. We moved from our prior location and wanted to get another pool. Same experience last time. So we bought ours at Watson’s so we are going back to Watson’s again.shame on you for advertising pools when you obviously didn’t want to sell us one.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our Knickerbocker pool. This family owned business treated us like family. All questions were answered and we still get advice, supplies, and prompt service. Our pool is beautiful! The only thing I regret is we didn’t do it sooner. If you want your kids and grandkids to visit, get one! Our neighbors and friends get to enjoy it too.

I am very unhappy that Knickerbocker no longer provides service for my gas heater. I have been a long time loyal Knickerbocker customer (over 20 years) and have counted on the company to take care of my equipment.

My husband and I walked in to buy a hot tub, a $15,000 purchase, and no one could help us! We were told the “manager” who sells the hot tubs isn’t in and the 4 kids who were “working” there were unable to sell us the hot tub. You are a Pool and Spa store but no one in the store can sell you EITHER! Not to mention not one person bothered to greet us because they were to busy gossiping together at the counter and we felt like we were bothering them when we asked to buy the hot tub! Very sad when it’s supposed to be such a happy experience when purchasing for your home….

The service call itself was fast and efficient and effective. Due to current demand for their services, getting the team to our pool took longer than I consider responsive.

Knickerbockers has always done a good service to my pool. Till this one technician told me that I knew nothing about the poo! L and he has 20 years of experience and I should not touch anything on the pool!? !?

I use them each year to open and close my pool. They are excellent! They really know their stuff about pools.
