I love this hotel room because the rooms are sooo big and clean and free wifi lol I love wifi and rooms are cheap

New owners have taken over now and have really cleaned up the place. They are turning the back half into brand new 1bedroom apartments. Not sure on the price, but they are gorgeous.

This place is now called Arlington to start. As if the name would change anything. The rooms are still the same; in desperate need of updating and it's still got the bugs. Go somewhere else.

Very disrespectful owner heat didn’t work in the first unit and the floor was falling in so they wanted us to stay the night in a cold unit until morning with two kids then they ended up trading rooms and the ceiling was fall in lights and smoke detector was broken and bedding was burnt by cigarettes in both units please be aware I’m not the first to have problems then the lady that came in while I was getting my money back from this whole situation after I had to call the cops The owner was very disrespectful towards her as well it was sad please be aware this place is very very bad and I am og from Vegas so I deal with a lot of bad rooms anyway but never ever have I been called a bi&$@ from any owner

The service was horrible systems down so I couldn't get my room like I was supposed to and I still had a pan more money and my room smelled like a crackhead but in there for 6 days no towels

They have bed bugs. Front desk lady was rude threatened to call the police because I wanted a refund. Stilll won’t give me a refund. I call everyday and ask for the manager and they come up with excuses saying he’s not there.

This is World nasty please the tv no work nothing clean the floor nasty the bathroom no clean at all customer service is like u talking to kids they done care about anything. I just ready to get morning i get out here. U can not do anything and more for the price even a motel is more clean this place.

Prices arent too bad but there are alot of drugs that go in and out of this motel and there's always some kind of trouble happening there.

Booked two rooms for work trip. Place was very unclean. Stains all over sheets and pillows. Burn holes in comforters, stains in sink and tub. Carpet was dirty was a non smoking room yet whole place smelled of smoke. Front desk lady was very kind and understood. But staff was informed and did not change the sheets or anything. We walked in our rooms and realized just how dirty and unclean it was and asked for a refund. Owner refused to issue any refund and we were forced to stay somewhere else. 0/0 would not recommend staying here under any situation. Went to another hotel in town and said not surprised, we never hear anything good about that place.

You can't ask for a better housekeeper she's consistent with her work the owner has done a lot of work to make the hotel a family place

Even tho I am band I still love this place it very comfortable and friendly. The first week I was there I had a candle on the t.v. For fragrenc5and for romantic reasons. Well the floors are very old and bouncy and well while doing what a husband and wife do on there honeymoon the candle feel and a small amount got on the wallpaper

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in! My date and I got a hotel because we wanted to go swimming! Well once we got in the hotel room believe it was 106 I checked for Bedbugs didnt see any. The sheets looked clean on the beds. But the tv didnt work.it needed batteries.guess they didnt have any. We had no towels at all so we waited to go swimming.the lady on the phone said she bring us towels after they were done we waited 1.5 hrs after we got the towels I realized that there was no showerhead just a straight pipe coming out of the wall. After this my date had it. They told him in order for him to get his 67 back he have to talk to the mgr who does that. The next day they said because we were there 30 mins no refund. Dont go here it will be your biggest mistake! This place ruined our date night.

Worst experience ever I stayed in room 106 with my date the sheets were horribly stained food was still in the fridge from the last person who stayed ashes all over the place and the bathroom light didn’t work but I had to pay for a non smoking room yet there was ashes everywhere we called and they moved us to 126 when I walked in the first thing I spotted was blood stains all over the pillow cases I pulled back the sheets and there was blue stains everywhere We called for a refund and they didn’t want to give us one because we was there for 45 minutes they ended up only giving us half a refund back I feel as if an inspector should be called because there rooms are one of the worst ones around.

Best rates around. Now, you get what you pay for- rooms are not "top notch" quality, however the staff is very nice, the price is right, and the location is most convenient.

Owner is great. Will work with you if you're honest & pay when u say u will. Rooms are good for the price. Cheapest weekly rate around.
