Although we did the online skip the line. We had to wait a little bit. But Rita went above and beyond the call of duty for us she was wonderful and made our visit going to the BMV which everyone hates a great and enjoyable experience.

My visit to My. Vernon BMV was awesome. Barely had to wait more than 5 minutes. Customer service was top notch. Social distance was being practiced. Thank you for an awesome experience.

DON’T GO! The best advice I can give! Go to Johnstown, Ohio office. I Was given wrong information regarding the new federal compliant driver’s license documentation requirements. I Looked it up on the internet & called the next day to inform them I was given WRONG information and was told I would have to pay another $25 to get the license remade. I Asked to speak to Rose the supervisor there, and was told she would be in the next day. Had to call back every day from Tuesday to Thursday and was told every time she would be in the next day! Finally on Thursday again I was told she would be in the next day and that she was sick but she had left a message without even talking to me to get my side of the story and said, “you were given a brochure”, even though the clerk Lisa gave me contradictory information to what the brochure said and was told I would have to pay $25 for the license again because of Lisa’s mistake.

If they were ever trained on the new federally compliant license documentation, they obviously need to be RETRAINED on it! You would think by September they would have figured it out. I wonder how many other people they have misled? I am most concerned about Senior Citizens who are not able to navigate the process online and may have to fly somewhere in an emergency after October 2020 and will NOT be able to because they were NOT helped by the BMV to get the federal compliant license!

Called in to get some questions answered and they were extremely rude. She was sarcastic and disrespectful and pushed me away saying “if you would have checked our website you would have known”. Honestly do not think I’ve had one good experience here

Such sweet people. I rarely have much of a wait. They are very friendly. All branches should be like this.

Everyone knows the stereotype that clings to the BMV. This branch totally blows away that stereotype. I actually enjoy visiting this BMV. The workers hear are all very friendly and helpful. They are NOT slow! I went yesterday to get a new license and registration. When I arrived i took a number. They were serving number 18 and i had number 21. It was Saturday and they are only open a few hours on Saturday mornings so i expected a bit of a wait. Not this branch! I had my new drivers license and new registration in hand and was on my way home in less that 15 minutes! Great job, BMV! The truth is that it is ALWAYS like that here. Way to break the stereotype mold! Best BMV branch ever!

I always have such wonderful customer care at this DMV. I had to renew my license and get new tags. I had wonderful help navigating the new federally compliant rules. Thank you Brenda for making it all so easy. Also I must take time to note how professionally the ladies served another difficult customer. I admire their professionalism! Great place to do business.

The Title office is run like a family business that wants to bring you back. I have never seen anything like this for a Government office. I had a difficult situation and Kathy provided the best customer service by helping me every way she could. The other ladies jump right in to help. Great office!

Extremely incompetent! Don't bother calling for information either.evidently incapable of listening and/or providing accurate information and the person who answered the phone had an attitude a mile long.for misinformation. Totally wasted trip!
