All of the staff was very helpful, from Parts, Service and Sales. This was a great experience with everyone doing everything they could to help with all my questions and needs.

Picking up parts for my zero turn. Parts were in stock and the young lady at the counter looked up what I needed and got my parts quickly. Great place to do business.

Bought a new mower a few weeks ago. Salesman was tied up with another customer but stated he would get with me as soon as he could. Once finished with the customer he found me outside looking at the mowers and answered any questions I had. I told him I wasn't going to buy one that day and he wasn't pushy at all and was very polite and understanding. I went back a week or two later and purchased a mower. The process was quick and easy and they made it very simple. They even washed the mower before loading it onto the trailer since it was dusty even though I said I didn't mind cause it will be outside anyways but he insisted. All around it was a pretty good experience. Polite staff and an easy process with plenty of options of mowers and attachments to choose from.

I came by to pick up mower blades at parts department. Was a guy in front of me getting parts for his weed trimmer. I waited close to 20 minutes before I got waited on! I made the drive from Enon to get here. It’s hard to accept no one else could help me! There was 2 salesmen sitting at desks with nothing to do a nice lady working. Disappointed in customer service

The girl at the parts counter was very rude and unprofessional, even went as far as to tell me they turn customers away if they don't have the model no.of my pole saw which I bought there and had the old carb with me, very disappointed been doing business there for years I won't deal with her again

Since I drove my tractor to the shop and had planned to walk home (only a mile) a service tech even gave me a ride. Quick turn around even on a holiday weekend! Thanks Koenig.

Very nice salesman-Josh Campbell, was friendly and answered my questions about x700 mower I was checking on. Everybody seemed friendly and I ended up buying mower.

Just got our tractor today. Salesperson showed me how to operate and was very patient. So simple to remove attachments. Mowing deck you release, back over it and pick it up with front of tractor to move.

Have my Lawn Tractor serviced here at least once a year. Comes back all cleaned up and detailed. Expensive, but it's like a new mower when you get it back. As long as I keep this up, it's gonna run like a deer probably longer than me.

A bit more expensive than Home Depot or lowes, but the knowledge and help from friendly staff made the experience way more simplified and less stressful. Worth going to for John Deere parts/accessories
