Kohl's

I normally love Kohl's but due to COVID (at least I hope that is why) they have very little stock and all of the fitting rooms are closed. According to my cashier they are allowing returns for anything. I didn't expect them to have a store full of clothes that they're going to have a hard time selling but I was disappointed. Also on the annoying side, they only have one door open and only one set of cashiers. The cashiers have to clean between every customer, so the line was a little backed up from that. On the bright side the store was very clean and organized.

Kolhs employees are always snooty. Everytime I go into the one of these stores I cringe, attitudes are horrible, a store i don't shop often.

I recently went to this Kohl's, and you might be surprised when I tell you why: to return an Amazon item. Apparently Amazon has partnered in some way with Kohl's, and there is a special and separate Amazon Returns desk in the back of the store. You bring them the item and they scan the code on your mobile phone, and off you go. Boxing and shipping and whatnot are now handled by them.

So because Kohl's facilitates this service, I award Kohl's five stars.

Clean store and friendly staff. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is for limited inventory with respect to available sizes.

Fitting rooms closed, restrooms open? I can use stall in restroom, but not stall in fitting room! Not sure I understand the logic!

Very safe and clean environment. Employee greeting at the door at 11: 30 a.m. Weds was super nice. Found everything we needed for daughter's first job out of college.

Everything was fine too I got to the cashier who does not know how to speak English as well looked at me like I was weird or something

I always enjoy shopping kohl's. Today was better because I left my phone in the women's restroom & a very kind associate turned it into the service desk. Thank you!

Lines were long. Only one cashier for a while. Someone came so she could go in break. Finally another cashier came. One whole cashier side of the store was closed!

Terrible service at the jewelry counter. They must be short handed. I ended up leaving and coming back that evening and still had to ask for someone to help me. The only reason I went back was because I had a gift card and couldn't use it anywhere else.

Got some great buys off the clearance rack for Christmas and birthday presents and things for our new home!

Good collection of clothes and ranges available. Found white Gloria Vanderbilt Capris for $4 and lots more on the clearance sale section!

The only good experience was being able to return Amazon product. Kohls is out of style and over priced I had a coupon that I had to give to another shopper because I couldn't fine anything reasonably nice. Will no be back.

Everytime I've been here i have put down purchases and left. Discounts never seem to apply to items i have chosen and they shut down my card without notice just because i don't use it much. Then want to hit my credit to open again. Not!

We love shopping here and we appreciate the fact that everything is on one floor. Also, the prices are reasonable.

I got a $100 coat for $35 after 50% off and then a groupon for another 30%. I love Kohl's because I get expensive brands for affordable prices because they always have a groupon.

Store is always clean, neat and tidy. Good sales offered regularly; the Kohl's Bucks, and other discounts offered, is definitely a plus especially during the holidays! Kohl's keeps their shelves stocked and is up-to-date with what's trending as well as catering to "old-school" shoppers who appreciate tried and true small appliances such as KitchenAid and Black&Decker. Wish they would have more check-outs open though when there's a line of five or more.

Pretty well-stocked during this Christmas season. Only drawback is you can't use some of the percent off coupons unless you have a charge account there

Would not accept credit card payment again. Total waste of our time! Our card not the problem, computer system blows.

It's not right that you earn a YES reward and Kohl's cash and then they expire. You either did or didn't earn these " rewards" and you should be able to use them when YOU want, not when Kohl's wants
