Kohl's

The cleanest and best organized Kohl's I have ever shopped in! A huge thank you to the friendly staff there!

I was looking for a couple of necklaces and found exactly what I needed. Also found some really cute wrapping paper, which I really didn't need, but couldn't pass it up.

They were very helpful to me it was the best store I've been into in years cat help me find a pair of shoes and then the lady at the cashier reminded me it was senior citizens day thank you if I need anything else I will definitely go to Kohl's

Not experienced sellers who cannot help open a store map; not a professional team and not a professional manager who does not follow the actions of his employees

Not going there much anymore. I have been going a couple times since. I need help finding things to buy, can't find my sizes, no helpers available to help me with selecting what I want.
There's long lines to check out, not Enough staff.
I got here to support my local businesses but I guess I have to get to Dayton stores. Lebanon is not well stoked with retail stores for women.
Amazon is easy but I want to try on some things before I purchase a d then have to return them.

They have more than just clothes here. Everything from household appliances to toys, gardening systems, holiday cards, and even candy. Some items may be out of stock or online in-stock inventory might glitch but they can deliver OR have you stop by to pick it up. Great people, awesome store

I can't find prices most of the time, long lines and over all disorganized place to shop, imo. Mary our cashier was very nice but Kohls always pushing them to ask to you about getting a credit card, now they ask about a loyalty card too. STOP.

Kohl's is a very deluxe clothing store, they also have high end housewares as well as shoes and boots. Hat's and gloves, they even have a decent selection of toys for kids and books and board games. Very nice fitting rooms. There is even a rarely found big and tall section of clothing. The clothing is stylish and current. I have been a big fan of Kohl's for a long time now.

This is probably my favorite Kohl's store. Always clean, well laid out with a fantastic, helpful and courteous staff

Very disappointing. Kohl's used to be my go to place when I needed a new outfit. Now, options are very limited, unless I am looking for active wear.

Had an issue with the a security tag being left on. The manager contacted me and was extremely helpful in getting it resolved as was his assistant manager. Best Kohls in the area.

Made an Amazon return here and it was easily done with no hassle. Return counter is in back right side of store.

Don't shop here as much as I used to but love the Amazon return drop off, good location, not usually busy

Shelves and racks are barren. Looks like they are closing (I know - supply chain, COVID, whatever). I could not find anything in my size. I usually am able to.

Friendly staff. Quick curbside service. Convenient parking spots for online order pick up.

Kohl's is a great place to shop. Once you sign up for emails and rewards, you get great offers. The people that work at Kohl's are always friendly and helpful too!

Store is extremely hot and stuffy as of September 2021. I shop here quite frequently but with my medical condition I can no longer handle it. I had to have my grand baby check out for me while I sat on a bench outside of the store because I couldn't handle the heat. Asked an employee what the problem was as I've been here 5+ Times with the same experience. They told me the air has been broken for months which is against health code in Ohio.
As well as that, the bathroom smelled terrible couple times I used it. Lines were to the back off the store seems like and only two casheirs on each end. What happened to kohls is what my husband and I often ask ourselves while debating whether to go inside because of all the issues. This store has really gone down hill.

Worst clothing choices and not much of it. Used to have a lot more variety and better styles. Seems you have to order online but then you don't see the quality or the fit. Not liking Kohls anymore.

Judgemental workers that follow you around the store licking their lips waiting for someone to shoplift.makes me wanna go pay 29 dollars for 3 Hanes t-shirts somewhere else
