Department Store Kohl's reviews
20Who at Kohl's came up with the buy one? Get 1/2 off sales? Who needs Two wallets, belts, etc? Shopping elsewhere more and more.
It was life changing to go in Kohls and purchase whatever she bought. Now I have to pay for it, the Kohls card is the devil. Your sales and advertising make it difficult to not be well dressed and have new kitchen stuff.
Always shop this location. It’s always clean and the employees are nice. I always seem to buy more than I came for, SMH, espy when they have a great sale. My only complaint would be some of the prices. I find a lot of my adidas and Nike gear elsewhere for less.
Ms. Tee is a very helpful associate, Great person as well.she’s very good at what she does for Kohl’s department store
I was in line to pay on my credit card and the lady can from behind the counter and waited on the lady behind me I was like wow
My fiancé and I went to shop to shop at this location this Friday evening. We were followed through the store by a young man with curly hair. This made us feel uncomfortable. After him following us for about 15 minutes through several departments, bouncing a ball. I asked him if he worked for the store. He said no, then I asked if he was just in the store bouncing a ball, he said yes. Me and my fiancé walk away from that department, and a short while later we see him talking to someone that was working the cashier area. The employee was telling him that she was clocking out soon. Eventually, We went near the register to buy our items and was called over to a register by a male clerk. The clerk began our transaction and I asked the clerk if the young man with curly hair worked at the store. After answering a series of questions, the cashier admitted he worked at the store. The clerk also was most likely apart of the loss prevention / asset protection department because he just began process transactions when we walked near the front. I say this because he complained to other employees behind customer service counter about the previous cashier leaving large amounts of cash ($50s, $100s), and checks in the register. In my professional experience, this is also a area where Loss Prevention / Asset protection oversees. This is dangerous behavior and no one should be judged while shopping at a store.
I came to this place with my brother he bought his son a pair of pants for school. Alert, friendly cashiers!
Cashier associate ISRAEL, WAS AMAZING. SO VERY KIND TO HELP ME WITH ALL MY PURCHASES AND CORRECT COLORS AND ALL MY DUSCOUNTS. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you SO MUCH.
I had 3 pair of men shoes all had a different price and the cashier could not reconcile the prices
Lacey and Israel were very friendly and helpful at the checkout. I was shopping for 4 great grandchildren for school clothes. Lacey bagged each of the kids clothes separately and Israel was very helpful in answering a question I had. Thank you very much for your help.
Went for an Amazon return and noticed their toy section grew. There is weirdly a lot of toys to look through
I have a son with autism that doesn't handle busy places very well. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Israel who worked the customer service counter. Definitely a great Kohl's.
The clerk at the Pickerington Kohls store was extremely nasty. I wanted to ask a question in Sephora and she ignored me. When I checked out she was unfriendly and rude. July 11,2023, around 11: 30 am.
For the most part, things are overpriced. $25 for and acrylic beanie is a little too much, in my opinion. Also, it's easy to get a charge card through them, but they have lots of hidden fees and pay dates that can actually hurt your credit. So, I recommend just paying cash and nixing that idea as well. Also, plenty of clutter. Shirt just tossed in bins, with no uniformed look.
I rarely shop for clothing at kohl's because the quality is not so great, and they're pricey.
Kohl’s why are you still in business? Seriously the prices are ridiculous and you never know how much anything really costs. Annoying that like all retailers you stick plus sizes in the back corner on two racks. The three stars is for Sephora and the friendliness of the staff which is really five star.
The changes in the last several years has made customer service less accessible. The kiosks are gone so you can't order in store or look things up by scanning the tags. You can't use an upc online.
Kohl's has changed a bit. I rarely come, but it was less congested. Neater than other times. Sephora is nice to see locally. Check out was fast even though it was just one side open. Flow is better. I didn't see the price checkers here like there once was. Prices are hard to determine at times.
Overall a great place to shop but can feel cluttered due to the narrow aisles. The Sonoma jeans are super comfortable! Found clothes for 3-5$ on their clearance rack!
Such high prices for not so great clothing. The sale/clearance prices should be the starting prices. I only rated it what I did because I love the Sephora and glad I don’t have to drive to Easton just to go to a Sephora store.
