Checkout employee was very friendly and courteous. Then Sarvar unlocked the cart for me so I didn’t have to carry my purchases to my car. Then he came out and got the cart. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
School Shopping for my 9 year old triplet grandchildren. I took each one separately to the store to choose clothing for school. All three trips to the Hilliard store were very positive. With no tax weekend I knew this was going to be a busy weekend. The lines were long but it was all hands on deck. Staff kept the lines moving! They were prepared and efficient. Checkout staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great experience with my grandkids. Thanks to everyone!
Applied for a job here. Waited an hour for my phone interview, which never came. Attempted to call the store a half hour after my scheduled time, was met with busy noise.
Withdrew my application. If they don't have time for me I don't have time for them.
The store was clean. They had the items available in store that were advertised on their website. And the customer service was great. Penny helped my Mom to receive a discount! With helping her to access her Kohl's Account. 07/22/23
I went into this store to find my son a Sonic backpack. An employee named Jena stopped what she was doing to help me. And we found the backpack. She actually cared about my needs as a customer and that felt great. I’ll always continue to shop with Kohl’s.
A lot of rearranging going on. They need to clean up the dressing room, look up and down. Dust bunnies everywhere.
Nice clothes, but the good stuff is priced so high that I don't buy much here anymore.
I was at this kohl’s location and went to their jewelry department, I been waiting for 30 minutes and no one help me. And she saw me standing and waiting.
I don't shop at kohl's anymore because all there clothing is overpriced and falls apart after a couple washes. I occasionally buy baby clothes, but those don't need to last long since babies grows out of them pretty quickly. I go here only because they have a convenient Amazon return spot in the back.
Nice store! But there was some super sketchy people in there today.idk if they were stealing or what but they gave me bad vibes so I left
I have trouble finding clothes I like. The upkeep on the store is good. I enjoy shopping here during the holidays. Great holiday options.
Tried using a Kohls app coupon for a pair of sweatpants. The young girl stated it would be no good for my purchase. I’ve been to several different Kohls and was able to use the coupon from the app with no problem. Only going to this Kohls on an as needed basis.
All I did was stop in to surprise my daughter who works in the back side of the store filling pickups and online orders. For the most part. I live about 100 miles away, but was in the area and decided to stop. While there, I did notice a very clean store and a very friendly staff at the front registers.
Went to return a watch yesterday. Defective, but given as a gift, the clasp is broken. Went to Olentangy store first as they sell watches, they tell me that the watch is now priced at $400, which is wrong. I come to this store to return the watch as it's defective. I wasn't asking for normal retail price. I wasn't asking for cash. I was simply asking for store credit at the sales price it's listed at, which is the lowest it's sold for. I was given the run around, and told that I could buy it from a. Different store, then return the first one after I do that. Other than that I can take it to Meijer and see if they will fix it. It's not their problem and there's nothing they can do about the watch. Extremely rude, brushed off and told I will need to get a hold of my family member that it's a gift from, get back with them, (impossible, as I just lost this member, but since they were accusatory, I didn't want to even mention this, afraid this would be brought up somehow in a derogatory manner. Honestly, from the time I entered, I was treated a way that made me feel very unwelcome. It was clear they were not going to help after a small amount of time. All I wanted to do was exchange a product bought with Kohl's and get another item. Apparently that's impossible and even though money was spent, and the item was not up to par, that's what I'm suck with. Thank you managers and staff that made me feel unwelcome.
