I love shopping here! Kohls if one of my favorite department stores to shop at. They have some pretty clothes and offer different sizes and variety

Love returning unwanted purchases from Amazon, so easy and quick. Getting a 20% discount when returning is great too. Brought me to the store and found two Under Armor Shirts on sale. Love them.

I don't get to shop much and when I do, there are 3 young girls with me. Which, that's where the frustration comes from. Saying that check out would be a disaster but not at Kohl's. The clerks and the Manager were there for a relaxed and directed check out. Very good experience. And we like the products, the store smells good and it is clean and organized. Thanks North Canton, Ohio Kolh's. We will be back.

Staff was polite and helpful. I was able to find everything we needed with ease. Store was clean. Had everything in the sizes in needed.

Good service! The man at customer service was great and so was the young woman at the Amazon drop-off.

Sephora is present, front and center. Clean store and a nice staff. It's a nice place to go if you need casual, dress or athletics clothes, shoes, kitchenware, jewelery or home decor. There is usually a sale going on. Make sure to check the website for coupons too. Sometimes the cashiers have coupons as well. You can also return Amazon packages here in exchange for Kohl's cash that CANNOT be used on the dance day.

What happened to Kohl's? I've been there numerous times in the past few months to use my 30% off coupon and walked out empty-handed. Who orders the clothes now? The styles are hideous, and the prices have skyrocketed.
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm afraid it's time to start shopping somewhere else. I'm so disappointed in Kohl's.
Make it more shopper friendly. Open up the aisles so you can get through them, bring back styles worthy of buying, and hire enough employees to keep it straightened up

I used to like this store, but with the current management, it resembles the old Miracle Marts of yesteryear! Clothing everywhere but the racks! Who would have thought the store on Arlington would be the better choice?

To darn pricey! Not for me I can get Lee jeans and Levi jeans elsewhere and pay $30.00 LESS!

It's a store that seems to understand that people want to get in, get what they want and get out with a minimum of BS. I like it!

Decent prices, but there are no dressing rooms anymore. Which is very odd for a clothing store.
