12Don't care much about kohl's.very highly priced. THEY ARE NOT THE UP SCALE STORE THEY THINK THEY ARE.
Annie was the best help today at the store. She help me find a very important outfit for tomorrow.
For the most part I like Kohl's, lots of brand name clothes, don't like the buy one get one half of promotion, I only want one!
It's a fairly nice store that is clean and kept up. It doesn't seem like there are enough people working there if you have questions but I was always able to find help after a while. Their shoe selection is quite small and doesn't seem to have typical sizes at least for men. Maybe they all sell out quickly I don't know. When we looked for dishes the one box had some broken dishes in it.
Don't like how the store is set up any more since they put Spora in the store on Holland Sylvania. They won't let you buy other gift cards any more with a Kohl's charge card. Their men's cloths only fit small to BIG. Nothing for the in-between sizes.
Very nice lady that tried to help us but I feel she new less then I did and I don't go there often. But she tried and that's why she got 4 stars
I went to Kohls store that i have not been to before and i was impressed. This location had plenty to choose from, it was well organized and i even found some sale items. You cant go wrong with a $2 or $4 clothing item. This store was so much cleaner and organized than the one i normally shop. I will definitley be back.
I love kohls. The store has some good deals. I turn in a amazon return. One of them wasn't done right. I had to wait a long time to get my money back. Make sure you keep all receipts just incase. So you get all your money in timely fashion.
Love that on top of the great deals and fantastic clothes they sell, thay also do free amazon returns! Very fast and friendly!
They need to change their shopping carts. They are filthy and can not be kept clean like the plastic ones. No way to put larger item in them. Regular shopping carts are better, have more room, and can easily be hosed down to clean. I think they would take up less room, too, since they fit together.
I really don't purchase from Kohls often, however this store at Spring meadow is pretty neat, at least the last few times I visited the Sephora's that's located inside if Kohls.
