Kohl's E-Commerce Distribution Center

I ordered a bracelet (butterfly one for my girlfriend) and what came in was nothing like the one I ordered. Sad to say as usually my experience with kohl’s is always top quality. Anyway, had to waste even more time and money returning it and ordering a new one. Hopefully this was a one time mistake. Still 1 Star in my case.

Two orders in a row NEVER shipped and a policy/support nightmare! Kohls Warehouse prints a label and NEVER ships it! You have to wait over 10 days before they actually ship the order (as a replacement order to the ORIGINAL), and it is slow already to begin with. My last order took 15 days to receive! Six days, and this order STILL has not shipped.just created a label. What could possibly be wrong with their processes? I'm finished with Kohls.

Ordered a pair of sterling silver hoop earrings only to have them shipped in a padded envelope with no other wrapping. Needless to say, one was bent beyond wearability. Please consider what your shipping and package/wrap appropriately.

Hi! Four items were shipped to me from this location in three envelopes. Three of the items were wrong. One gift receipt was sent with the correct item but the other items did not have gift receipts. No purchase receipts were given. I am not happy!

I was standing near one of your employees the other day and he was wearing one of your green company shirts And a hat that said break bread on it and his name is Robert Hancock and he Reeked of marijuana and alcohol. Does your company normally tolerate that? Please do something about that.

You have got to be kidding me! Everytime my online order is fulfilled by the distribution center at, 3500 Salzman Rd, Middletown, OH, it looks like monkeys packed my order. The clothing or whatever I order is not wrapped or folded, but just thrown into a bag like dirty tissues. Ummm, I'm going to have to rethink ordering from Kohls.

Was shipped the wrong item from this facility-ordered a set of earrings for my daughter and they sent a completely different set of earrings. In addition to being shipped the wrong item, they packaged it poorly-every earring post was bent because they just threw them into a padded envelope-and there were holes in the envelope from the earrings poking through.

Terrible place to work, they promised myself and a coworker that no longer work there 4 days a week and gave us each 1 day a week for a month! Also god forbid you meet the dreaded Cindy in oc! Moral of the story save your time and energy!

Love working there! Haven't been there since 2013 but my daughter just got hired on! Soooo excited

This place is huge and the employees (seasonals) Haha so this place as a job is alright. And they have some nice stuff. The warehouse it self is huge and clean. Nice environment. Did I mention huge?

Great place to earn Christmas money. Been working seasonal for 8 years and they are my go to for easy money.

This company systematically abuses its part-time work force. In my opinion, it is a perfect example of how the bottom line profit margin of a major company is the only real importance.

Ordered a hoodie, they shipped me a back pack instead and told me I had to return it to store and place another order for the hoodie accept now the hoodie is out of stock and I have to pay for shipping because the free shipping offer is over, Great Job filling my order guys SMH

HR does not care not even try to help the employee. The nurse there has known my medical history for 4yrs and knows all the meds I'm on. I gave Jackson a copy of my doctors papers stating all that I have. He's the only one who cared.

Great place to work, if you work. Lots of walking if you are not in a stationary job (6-9 miles) a shift!

Parking, pickup, and drop off is horrible here. I cannot believe they made it so hard to access and very poor traffic directing staff.

Great place to work. They treat their associates well and have many perks. Seasonal employment is a good way to make some extra holiday cash.

The rudest people I've ever encountered, the permenant employees talk to seasonal new hires like they're complete idiots, no respect for others what so ever. One of the big honchos making chauvinistic remarks about his wife making sandwiches during orientation and talking to people like dogs. I will never return here no matter what.
