Kohl's Eastgate

Went to Kohl's to return something to Amazon. It's quick and easy. I've already gotten my refund on the card I used to buy the item I returned.

They have quality products from jewelry, clothes, to household appliances. The store is always kept tidy compared to others I've seen.

This is a friendly place with reasonable prices. I love getting the kohl's cash and coupons! Only 1 thing it is always hot in this particular store we would have spent more time shopping but my Mother and I were both sweating by the time we were halfway thru

Don’t waste a drive of taking any amazon returns here. Their system has been down for 2 weeks with no fix in sight. Thanks for wasting my time, twice.

They are on their way to being better but I still get so lost in there. By that I mean that they seem to have a hard time keeping things organized enough to tell the difference between it all. I can't find the signs that direct me where to go anywhere. It's sometimes hard to find an employee to help you but when you do they are always pretty kind. One person that is great that works there and always greets people and is super helpful is a lady named Michelle Life. Great woman!

Was applying for a credit card and they were having trouble scanning my license! The ladies were so nice and helpful! Kris was great and even with the problems we had a fun time and I was approved! Thank you Kohl's for hiring good people!

I returned a coffee maker, I was told it would take 10 business days for a refund. It has been 15 days, no refund. When I call the corporate office, I get a prerecorded message. Sorry, we have exceeded our calls and I get hung up on. Kohls has terrible customer service. I continue to call customers service, still no answer. Kohls sucks!

When shopping here for work, they always go above and beyond to help! Especially Joey in the bedding department and the lady at the service desk with dark hair. Can't remember her name. But even my go-to personal shopping place as well!

I love this store and I love the savings. Seriously. This will be the only department store standing when the mallpocalypse hits Eastgate.

The cashier was great and there were great sales. I did walk by multiple workers and not one said hi or asked if I needed help finding anything.

I found that the employee's are rude the store looked as if it was a rummage sale. I also noticed that the digital price signs were all down to put it simply I would rather drive over twenty miles to the south Lebanon ohio Kohl's were the service is most important to me they're always polite and the store looks professional.not only that but to ask them a question I thought they were put off

Great selection of cookware, home cleaning equipment, and good prices with coupons. Must use coupons.

I tried to find 7 long Jean's in the junior dept. Could not find any. Tried the order kiosk. Out of stock.

I haven't been in a while and this is certainly not the place for a 60 yr old man. Racks of pants were a mess, larger sizes right at floor level and $$$$ wow.

Kohls is my favorite all time store to shop for clothes! Extensive variety on regular size misses clothing and accessories. Good prices and it is actually fun to work the Kohl's Cash, Coupons and "moving" discount prices at the same time! Only down side - checkout can get long even though they have cue lines. They need to get better at identifying when that happens and get more registers open faster.

I’m new to the Kohl’s charge and all the coupons so I depend on the cashiers to help and let me know what I’m missing or what have you.not anymore! The lady at this Kohl’s tonight was horrible and mean! She also told me there were no coupons available at the time and that was a bold faced lie! I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow! If you don’t like your job, get another one folks!

Shopping for school shoes. Found right away, once we found where the shoe dept was located. Looked for a store map, which would have helped. FYI checkout is only downstairs.

Enjoyable place to shop can find just about everything you might want. Employees are very friendly and knowable.
