Kohl's Western Hills

I love this place they have everything from Nike to Levi to champion, polo to Tommy you name it they have it, my son loves this place and so do I. They could be a little more on the customer help side. But overall I have to say I was pretty well amazed with the selection of clothes that they had there. I would definitely recommend shopping at Kohl's if you like clothes go to Kohl's. Mind you it is not a cheap store.

Had some stuff on clearance that I needed and found some other things I didn't plus love kohls cash.

This place is my savor for taking Amazon returns and then of course they give you a lovely little coupon that I absolutely use afterwards and if I don’t? I find somebody to give it to. Where I used to live the Kohls never had clothes I was interested in but I like the misses department here. I wish their purse section was bigger but I’ll settle for a full cosmetic department. Overall I only come here when I have an Amazon return but I’m glad that that means I come here at least once every few months.

If you are willing to put in the time you can find some really great deals! I also love that they are an Amazon return spot!

I'm not a fan of the sales tactics. Marked up, "lower prices". It's manipulative. Friendly girl at the Amazon return desk. She gets her own star, otherwise a one star review.

Good service busy but that's expected for Saturday quick in quick out good bargains 20% off I'll be back

They were very helpful & obtained what I was shopping for, as I had ordered online, but couldn't come in until the next day& it was a 1 day sale.

I liked this location better than Forest Park and Florence. It's just better stocked and nicer.

4 stars because there's always a big line. Other than that, a good place to get name brand items at huge discounts.

Great makeup, jewelry, shoes, and clothes selection! Always have sales of some sort going on too!

Second time in a month that I went there to get something in their add, and they did not have the items.

I havent used my Kohls charge in a couple of years and when i slid my card it didn't work. The cashiers response was well you can open a new account. There was no lets try your card again or i can look it up with your id. She seemed more concerned with getting a new credit app then actually helping me.

Not a very diverse place. I felt as if, the only person of color they had ever seen were on the advertisements. People stared at me like I was on display. I should just stick to shopping at Burlington. The bathroom was immaculate. Kudos on the cleanliness.

Decent prices on name brands. The clearance area could use some work but overall, it's a nice place to shop.

Although I've only been to this location a handful of times, it's my favorite Kohl's location. Did some shopping yesterday & my cashier, Margie, went above & beyond. The merchandise is over priced, but, I only shop clearance & occasionally sale items & always have a coupon/promo code.

It is my very first time at the location. It was a great store and great location, however, only thing is ridiculous, is there no cashiers open at the cash registers at #'s 6,7,8 and 9. People be waiting and waiting in line for hours to get checked out then leave.

Way overpriced and they act like their scratch offs and savings coupons are a big deal? Nah, they just overprice their merchandise to make you feel like you're getting a price cut. I really don't even care for their clothing and the shoes are WAY overpriced

Terrible customer service. The women at the checkout counters were all rude and snippy with their respective customers. The woman working in the shoe section was awful, just blatantly rude. Every time I asked a question she acted totally put out. I have a similar experience every time I go here, this is not an isolated incident which is what made me decide to finally review this place. Get it together.

Kohl's cupons and bucks really are great! I just odered two dresses for less than $8! Weather online or at the store, I am never dissappointed at Kohls.
