18I live near another Kohl's location and usually go there. I was in Westerville so stopped by their Kohl's. What a difference, this store is organized, friendly staff and many more options to choose from.
It isn't the store, but the Arctic Air Chill product I got there.horrible.very loud, bent cover right out of box, fill line almost impossible to see. Advertised as quiet. Not in the least, even on low.
The most friendly associates you can find anywhere. Wonderful people who go out of their way to make sure you find what you're looking for. I love shopping at Kohl's.
Safe great heroism not just customer service or staff to me because covid and ugliness of others actions that affect everyone atleast me. I don't assume how someone else feels because we all feel different ways.
One of the best places to shop at this time of the year. The prices are very encouraging and the quality is always guaranteed
Selection is not as great as Sawmill Road store, but I did find something on which to use my Kohl's cash, so it worked out!
Products are ok. Somewhat overpriced, but ok. Butbyou can almost NEVER find an employee for assistance, and when you do, they are very unfamiliar with their own store and products, so pretty much unable to help anyways.
The store was well organized and clean. There was many clearance racks through out the store. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Some staff were snotty when I came in the door.
Need to have cashiers ready. Line wrapped all the way around and down far aisle before they started to open more registers.
Great customer service @ Huber Ridge location. Things are easy to find and there's always enough help to ask
Long line checking out. Only 3 registers open which is ridiculous on a Saturday. Store design really is horrible. Trying to find what you are looking for is a real chore.
They will lie to you and tell you they take returns no matter what happens or when, but when you go to get them to honor this "policy" they will not honor it. Would leave less than 1 star if I could.
The power went out in Khol's while we were there. They did a good job of putting people's items on hold in a timely manner!
Normally don't have a super long wait to checkout but it took 30 minutes. Store is very neat and clean and associates are very helpful
Very good selection and was able to get everything I went for. Store was very clean and well organized. The clerk at checkout seemed a little rude and came across as though she didn't want to be there and not very helpful at all. I will say I have been there in the past and had a good experience with other employees.
Clean! Easy to navigate around. I like that it is tucked away off a main road. Easier to get to and not cramped with traffic.
May 1st, 2018, went to find 2T to 3T bathing suit for a boy. None available. Looked for PJ's 2T to 3T none. No toys in that the 3 yr old range consisted of Mr Potato head. No water shoes either in his size.
I came in today with my mom and a beautiful girl with Brown hair at cash register helped me and my mom out was extremely nice. I can't remember her name but she was around the age of 18
