Customer service was excellent and the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable!

My experience with Kokosing solar was fabulous from beginning till end they did everything right, they was fast efficient and polite especially considering that this is not even their install some solar companies will not help when it is not their install they were very polite.
My only complaint if I was to have one was being a child from the mid-1900s baby boomer I would prefer to see more one-on-one contact and less digital in the preparation. Otherwise excellent service top-notch people employed by Kokosing solar.

They switched out my inverter and added three additional solar panels. Everyone did a great job, were very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Kokosing deserves kudos for fixing our solar system (installed by another company going out of business). Emily was quick to connect us with a technician (Eric) who fixed the issue remotely and at a reasonable cost. They were professional and courteous; very patient with my lack of technology abilities. Bless you all!

What a great staff to work with! Our solar provider went bankrupt, so our warranty is voided. They stepped right in to help us with a technical issue and found a way to fix our problem at an excellent price.

At the end of March, I noticed that a portion of my system was not functioning. I contacted Kokosing using the chat feature on their website. Within 45 min of this brief chat I received an email stating that parts were ordered and on the way.

Yesterday morning, I was notified that the parts had been received. Yesterday afternoon I was called by the service technician to set up a time for the repair. This morning the repair was completed and everything is back on line.

This is incredible service. Electronics fail, but having a very responsive service team make’s issues just a minor bump in the road.

I have always been impressed by Third Sun, first when they installed my system, and now under new ownership as Kokosing for the repair, they continue to be impressive. The people are nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and just great to work with.

My family and I had a great experience from beginning to end with Third Sun Kokosing Solar. The crew were friendly, professional and very helpful. During our first full month of operations (a sunny September 2022), our AEP electric bill was cut in half. Since the weather has turned more cloudy and rainy, we're still producing about 25 to 35% of our electric every month. The battery backup up also covers us partly into the night. I am very happy with out new solar system.

I just got my second electric bill since our solar installation. It is really quite amazing to open the electric bill and see the second ZERO amount due and with a small credit! Just fantastic!
