They replaced a bearing and muffler on my car. Muffler was installed with the tail pipe pointed up into my bumper. My bumper was melted and distorted. After insisting that i go get an insurance estimate for a new bumper replacement, They replaced my bumper with a junk yard bumper and some zip ties while damaging the backing mount of the bumper. It pops off while driving. I now have error codes from the muffler / o2 sensor, and a random error code from a sensor on the wheel that the bearing was replaced on. I would never in a million years trust this place with any of my vehicles again.

Went here the other day to get an oil change. Stopped in the day prior to make the appointment. I like the vibe of Kos and the place thank you very much for the service!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt is very good at his work and guarantees it will be done right. His prices are more than fair. I've been using his business for years and never had anything but good experiences. After my last car was 14 years old, it had a fuel tank issue that would have been a $700 repair. Instead of making the profit, Matt recommended that I trade my vehicle in while it it still had some value, warning that the costly repair would only lead to more repairs in the future on such an old car. He was right. I've put $100,000 miles on my new car in the past 5 years, and he does work on that one as well to keep it going. He's also one of the kindest, most humble people I've ever met. If you're looking for a good, honest mechanic in the Akron area, KOS is where you want to go.
