I needed to replace a tire since I got a screw in one in a place that couldn't be patched. I just bought these tires from here 3 months ago. No offer or even mention of road hazard warranty. What a scam. They took over an hour to replace 1 tire. Again, no offer or even mention of road hazard warranty. Also, you can't tell me that they won't make any $ off that 3 month used tire. No offer to rake me home and drop off like last time. I had to seek someone to help me. I am not a happy customer.

I have bought 5 cars from Krieger. The last 2 Dennis sold to me. He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I came for. It was a great experience and I wouldn't shop for a car anywhere else! 9/2023 Addendum/update- just bought car #6- Ford Maverick- again excellent experience!

Took in for a possible break problem, apparently they checked everything, but still same problem, it might have been nice if they'd have cleaned the break dust off the hubcaps (reason i wanted them checked) so i could tell if it was still the same problem. Will take to dealer in Mich where i got car from to re-check, at least I know they'll clean them, and then we'll have a better idea.

Sales staff was courteous and low pressure. No upselling by the finance staff or salesperson after the sale was agreed upon. AC Carter in the preowned department did an absolutely great job and the gentleman in the finance department, Dustin, stayed past close to finish the sale. Price was excellent on our vehicle-highly recommend visiting the folks at Krieger for a great sales experience.

Rick was great to work with, great customer service. Will be taking my car back for future repairs.

I was the fortunate winner of a car detailing at a fundraiser auction. I've never had a detail before so I don't have anything to compare it to. I'll say this - my car looks like the day I bought it. It is as clean as it could be and I am so incredibly grateful. Thank you so much for taking the time and attention to provide this service for me. It was everything I hoped for and more!

VEHICLE SERVICE = ALWAYS exceeds expectations - They ALWAYS go the ‘extra mile’ to serve customer needs! Reasonable cost for service. Service done right the FIRST time! One rare occasion when I unexpectedly had to leave my vehicle overnight, I was ‘stuck’ there with no way home. Could not reach friends for help. An employee’clocked out’ & gave me a ride home in their personal car. THAT is hugely beyond the normal ‘call to duty’. There is NO other place to go where you can this level of service & care!
