Krispy Kreme reviews
17At first went through the drive thru and attempted to use my birthday reward. I got to the window and showed the boy the app he said to select scan so I push it many times and it’s not opening. The app wasn’t doing anything. So he was not honoring this so I just paid for the coffee instead. A medium iced coffee was very small 90% ice 2 sips of coffee. After getting that I parked and finally got the app to work and I went inside to get these donuts. There was no guests inside just 2 workers and they seemed more interested in finishing their conversation than assisting. I was finally able to get the donuts.
I have heard of issues with hours and it was confirmed. Posted hours state opening at 6am.we arrived at 8: 28am on Sunday morning to an empty parking lot, chairs up on the tables and no lights.
Every time I’ve attempted to go here they have no donuts, not even the original glazed. How are you a donut shop and have no donuts on a Sunday morning at 10am, absolutely ridiculous.
When I got to this Krispy Kreme doughnuts two employees were sitting in a parking spot on their break I guess. I pulled in but then backed out to go park in another parking spot. As I got out of the car and was walking into the door and employee that’s blond told me I need to go back to driving school. That was very offensive to me because I’m not a teenager or a new driver I am an adult getting a special treat for my husband.
This is the third time I've gone here and they've been closed when they're supposed to be open. Last time, there was a guy working who said the manager didn't show up and they couldn't sell anything. He also said this happens all the time. This morning, all the lights were off (at 8: 30 on a Sunday morning), the chairs were still on the tables, and there was no one there.
Wondering how much longer this place will make it.
Went to this location this morning with my daughter for her 18th birthday. She had a birthday reward to use. We ordered her item and I attempted to order a seasonal donut as well. I was told they didn't have it and I didn't have anything else in mind to order. When we drove around to the window and I held out my daughter's phone for her reward to be scanned, the older lady at the window huffed very rudely and then after she scanned it and we politely thanked her she stared daggers through us! No idea what her problem was but WOW that was uncalled for. Doesn't seem like she should be on window with that attitude. What a damper on our morning celebration.
They weren’t open inside, they didn’t even know their menu when I asked for a thing on it, and were rude.
How are you a donut store and don't open until 10am on Sunday. Your site says 8am you open. If your not going to open until 10 you might want to change your website. Love disappointing children when they're looking forward to doughnuts.
Out of stock of everything- absolutely horrible service.
They said it’s because they “are closing soon” it was 4pm? Their hours said open until 8pm.
They barely spoke English and were extremely rude. Will be contacting corporate.
Two Sundays over the last few weeks, this place has just been not been making donuts in the morning. Super sad. Looks like they only had one worker show up those morning and could not be open. Call ahead to make sure they are open.
Hours posted opened at 6am. 8: 20am all doors locked and no signs posted that they would be closed. Employees there but no service or explanation
Place says they open at 7am it’s 9: 45am still not open. Learn how to run a business efficiently and open daily on time it’s not hard.
What’s that about Joe Biden’s unemployment rate? Another business that cannot live up to it’s posted hours.
This location is very disappointing. They honestly do whatever they want - open hours after they are posted to, have posted special donuts and decide not to make them for the day, etc. The only reason that they get a two star is because the donuts are very good
Horrible customer service today. Tried to get Scooby Doo doughnuts. I called first thing in the morning, they said it would take 2 hours to make them. I show up two hours later and they told me nobody called them this morning and that it would be an hour and a half for them… maybe. They used the old McDonald’s “machine is broken” excuse, although they could sell other doughnuts. The machine was clearly working well enough to make those. I went to the Hilliard location and they had what I needed and their service was friendly, which a friendly tone was appreciated. I did not get anything near friendly or a friendly tone at this Dublin location. I will never go back.
Showed up at 8: 35 am, it's a Sunday, to the W Dublin Granville Rd location and they aren't open. Called and waited 10 minutes to make sure and there is no one here.
A good KK. It served quickly and friendly. But it was so sad that there were not enough specialties left around 5pm.
