This office handled my care in a completely inappropriate way. They call me 3 mins before closing, leave a cryptic voicemail about my test results, and then when I call back, there's no one in the office. When i do get someone on the phone, she tells me she saved my call for the end of the day.what? ! I later realized it was their secretary and not even my doctor on the phone delivering medical results to me and ordering me invasive procedures. And I'm sure the call took place right in their lobby for everyone to hear as I could hear the other ladies in the background. NO PRIVACY HERE. I asked for a repeat of the test I originally received, but was denied (again, not by a doctor.) I was never allowed to see these test results on paper. I was suspicious they were leading me along. Do not let these shady money grubbers bully you into procedures you don't need. SO GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION. They tried to invent a reason to make me think I was sick, probably to bill my good insurance.trust your gut, get a second opinion, but don't go here.

Office staff is very unfamiliar with basic things. Don’t offer hormone replacement therapy or bio identical hormone therapy. Office does not have a website. Very difficult to get an appointment, takes 3 months or longer. Very difficult to get any information fr office staff.

I love Dr Roy! She delivered two of my children and now my daughter goes to her. She always is friendly and spend extra time with me when I need it. We both are super happy with her. I always recommend her.

Dr. Roy is the best OB I've ever had in my life. She is most friendly, care taking.all the other staffs were good.

She is an amazing doctor.i was very apprehensive as this is my first pregnancy but doctor Kristen spoke so caringly and made all my worries disappear.she answers all your questions so patiently. Her staff is pretty kind and amazing too.i highly recommend Dr. Roy to everyone.

They discriminate based on whether you have insurance or not. They will turn you away and say they are not accepting new patients, when I just had the receptionist tell me that it's specifically because I don't have insurance that I cannot become a patient of theirs.

They do not want to help people. This office is greedy and sketchy AF. Shame on you.

Dr Roy is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. After years of struggling to resolve issues, she was the first doctor to take my concerns seriously and was able to diagnose me and get me on the correct medications to help my condition. I look forward to my visits with her. Sometimes the wait can be a bit lengthy, but I don’t mind because I know that if she’s running behind, it’s because she’s taking the extra time necessary to reassure a patient and I appreciate that she would do the same for me. I honestly love her and will follow her anywhere.

I’m currently here right now. My moms appointment was supposed to be at 11: 45 and it’s currently 1: 20.we’ll be finding a new place!

Find a different place! The billing department is the worst. I’ve been fighting a bill that has been incorrect since JANUARY 2018. After all the work I’ve done calling my insurance and getting them involved it still is incorrect. I received a vaginal swab that I didn’t know what was being tested for and received an obsurd bill from the lab. When I asked the office they responded that it’s just protocol and actually “saved” me money on tests I didn’t need due to my patient history. My insurance caught many mistakes including time of service and incorrect diagnostic codes. I will no longer be going there and will find a different doctor who explains things and runs tests that actually make sense. Save yourself the trouble.

The best OBGYN in the region. She is really nice and a good communicator with her patients. She respects everybody.

I have received nothing but top notch and skilled GYN/OB care from Super Woman, Dr. Kristen Roy since 1997 and have referred her to many current patients over 20+. On the less frequent occasion I have had an appointment with Dr. Wright I found her to be wonderful too. The office is run in a highly efficient fashion and the staff is both professional and caring. Robin is a gem!

Staff is always very nice and accommodating. Dr. Roy was kind and concerned for my health as a doctor should be. I’ve had the easiest experience with prescriptions from her office in terms of switching pharmacies and refills. I would recommend.
